The work is good that is no doubt. But, I wanted to try this place out since it was close to home.. I called ahead to check the price of my service and was told $15 then I went and got ready to pay and it was $30, $15 more than what I was told just an hour before. I don’t find that professional.

This place is the best! It is so clean and cute. Everyone is so friendly and nice and does a wonderful job. Ellie is amazing she pays attention to detail and always has me leaving with perfect nails! Highly recommend her!

I went to Bella nails bi weekly for the past 2 years. Elaine did my nails and was awesome. When she left and didn’t return from COVID-19 I started with Alex who also did a great job. The last time I was there about 6 weeks ago I had a 3:00 appt with Alex. I arrived about 2:50 and Alex approached me and asked if I wanted a pedi “no”, do you want to go to Publix shopping and come back in an hour “no, I have a 3:00 appt and I’m here to get my nails done” Alex “well I have someone in my chair and another Customer waiting”. I left and will NEVER return to BELLA NAILS. That is called very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Did mine and my daughter's nails . Price was ahhhmaaazzziiinnnggg! BUT , it was my daughter's first time and she ripped her cuticle off and made it bleed as well as knicked her skin on her finger with the metal drill and she had no business even using the metal drill on her.

the setting was very nice and me and my friends went early today. the quality was great and i got my nails repainted because the salon that did my nails first didn't do it dark enough. before that i had looked at the price online which was sent by a friend, after i got my nails done which was supposed to be $15, i was overcharged alot for a change of polish and two small designs which turned out to be apparently $40. the woman who did my nails did good but i was overcharged for my french tip to be darker and two small designs and when i asked why so much the woman told me that polish change was $30 which makes no sense at all.

I don’t know if they’re cleaning their tools because soon after I started going here I started to get a toe nail fungus. It’s not just that though—I also think the quality of their work is pretty shabby. It’s not worth the risk of a fungus in case there is one. And now I can’t use nail polish or anything anymore because of it anyway. But once I can, I’ll find somewhere else!

I received a gel manicure. About one hour after I left one gel nail fell off. I went in for a repair and they did it. The next day another one fell off. Now I have to go back…I am going to request a refund.

Maggie is absolutely amazing!! she never fails to give me exactly what I want and she make sure that I leave happy. She is the only person who I have never ever ever had a problem with the outcome of my nails she’s amazing!!! I am a terrible nail biter and my nails always look stunning when I leave!

My daughter and I were here visiting family from out of state and needed some nail maintenance. 😊 The staff was sooo nice, and the establishment was adequately staffed for walk ins. English speaking. They seem to offer any service you’re looking for! Will return in the future.

Quick, detailed and friendly personnel. Walked in and was promptly serviced by English, very nice girl. Listened to what I needed and how I liked my nails. Did a great job! Glad to see a very diverse workforce.

The man that does nails at the back rushes through, doesn’t align the length and will let you leave with crooked nails! It’s the second time I got stuck with him and he did a TERRIBLE job! Don’t rush through someone’s nails who is paying you good money to take your time and do them right!!! Didn’t even check to see if they were the same length so I had one thumb significantly longer than the other!! He also caught an attitude when I got rushed to sit down and wanted to change my color! I had 1 minute to look at color before being pulled so I just grabbed one.

Went and asked for chrome nails. Look up Hailey Bieber nails if you don’t know what I’m talking about. Was given attitude about the new tik tok nail trend and was told that they were out. Then another nail tech spoke up and said that she had some extra chrome. They put this on my nails and it is completely sparkles not chrome at all. I look like a seven year old girl with sparkles on her nails and in no way does this look like chrome. I also informed the nail tech that if I was cut that I would never return and that he needed to be careful not to cut me to reduce risk of infection in which he proceeded to cut me due to not slowing down to pay attention to detail. The staff is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The only positive I have to say is the young lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and professional. No I’m not a Karen but when I pay for a service I expect experience and quality.

Worst nail salon ever. I spent $208 for my daughter and I. Two pedicures and two nail sets. I asked for gel on my toes, got charged for gel, and received regular polish. Dip powder on my nails, and within 3 days, they started breaking. And I had air bubbles under my nails. My daughter got gel polish on her nails, and the next day, they started peeling. I DO NOT recommend this salon, and I will never go back. It was a complete waste of my hard earned money. And we left them a $40 tip.

I loved this place it was my favorite nail place until today I was charged 85 dollars for one of the worst looking full set of nails my whole entire life. Prices have never been a problem before here until today absolutely disappointed.

Love them all. If you drop by expect to wait. They wouldn’t be that good if you didn’t have to wait. Make Appointment! If dissatisfied- tell them. Always give someone the benefit of the doubt.

Went to Bella nails and spa when I first moved here a few years ago. Was having a little trouble finding the color I was looking for and the gentleman that was helping me made me feel pretty stupid for not being able to decide within just a few minutes. They did good work but I will always remember how they made me feel and will never go back. Plenty of other places around that actually try to help you.
