It's been selfish of me not to drop a review on this place, great place for pedi's, see a lot of people smiling and women coming in for their nails but overall the service is awesome no rushing you out for the next customer but take their time. I work construction and my feet are really attended to going above and beyond in getting my feet looking good and feeling good. Thank you going out for the Bella team from a satisfied customer...

I paid for the Happy Deluxe pedicure, basic manicure and eyebrow wax. The pedicure felt very rushed. Spots were missed, gel polish is chipping, nails are uneven and jagged. The manicure felt even more rushed and felt like the tech was upset because I didn't want polish. My natural nails were cut too short, uneven, poorly shaped and cuticles were not carefully done. A day later, the skin around the nail looked terrible. Definitely did not feel like the service I got was worth what I paid for it. Had to go elsewhere to have the work corrected.

I’ve been coming here for years for occasional pedicures and they do a good job. I like how they take care of my hang nails. Only thing is on my last visit, my toe nails were left a bit messy, I’m sure after I shower the extra polish on my skin will disappear, but shouldn’t have to be that way.

Within the first week my nails started to chip from the cuticle area, it has not been two weeks and the majority of my nails are lifting and they have popped off. The service was horrible as all the employees sat there and talked about how horrible it is to work there. How they recommend to not come after 5 because their work won’t be the greatest since they’re ready to go home by that time. I will not be returning and I am on my way to find someone to help me fix my nails.

I have been going here for close to a year for Cindy to do my nails. Went today and the two people there were rude and informed me Cindy was no longer there - they didn't even offer me service! Luckily, I found Cindy down the road at D'vine Nail Bar.

If there were a “0” rating, I would rate them a zero. The owners were not here when I came in at 10:15am this morning , so this review is not aimed towards them. …there was a man and a young woman working. She was very nice, however he was very rude and dismissive. This was going to be my third visit as I had made this my new nail home as they are close to home. The employee asked what color I wanted and when I raised my hands and said “something like this” which they had just done so weeks prior, he became exasperated and said rudely, “no, what color?! I don’t know what color by just looking at your hands!” I was embarrassed and said nothing. I proceeded to look for a similar color. As he proceeded to walk away he was speaking under his breath in a rude tone, so I know it was aimed at me. He went to go sit in a pedicure seat and ignored me. I was waiting for him to assist me but quickly realized that nail salons are a dime a dozen and we pay good money to be treated with respect. Respect goes both ways and I felt highly disrespected here. I do not mind paying more for good customer service, but they have lost a good customer because of this employee’s rudeness.

Have been going to this place for two months since it’s closer to my home. Have nothing but great service and experience with them. Barbara, I believe that’s her name, she always takes care of me. Listens to what I like and want. Cost it lower than other salons. They use good products for my gel nails that last without chipping for over a month. I’ll load a picture next time. Very satisfied customer. ♥️

I came to this nail salon today and they took 1 hour to receive me , they took a lady that came in after me right away and got out before they took me in, two ladies finished and just looked at their phones and talked , definitely not coming back here

I have been going to this nail shop for almost a year. I bounced around a few nail shops on Eastlake before settling on this one. The ladies always make you feel right at home. The technicians are always laughing and joyful. I leave with a great customer service experience and 100% satisfied with my manicure or pedicure service. During my last visit, I treated my pregnant friend to a pedicure. She left saying she loved the atmosphere and workers. She also said her feet were well cared for and smooth after a callous removal.

I have consistently been coming to Cindy for the last year or so. She does an AMAZING job! I usually get the powder(dip) my nails have grown so much! They don't easily break and last for about 3-4 weeks. She does such a good job I highly r commend Bella Nail Spa!

I just left, I had a basic manicure. I wanted short nails she said OK she was ready to polish and I had to remind her to cut them. She got a little upset when she put the nail polish on one toe was really bad. She did not offer to fix or make it right she just got upset. I don’t think I’ll ever go back if she would’ve made it right it would’ve been very nice. Paid $35

My boyfriend and I went here a month ago ( I am now 27 weeks pregnant) and we loved this place ! I felt so relaxed and they made convo our entire time there ! We loved it and I will be going back today for some nails for my birthday ! Highly recommend this place

Recently moved to the horizon area and I’ve tried a couple of places but wasn’t pleased. Decided to try another place and I’m so pleased I did. Cindy did my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I am definitely going back. I will be telling all my friend and family.

Went today for some pedicures and we were serviced right away. The nail salon is clean and our nails came out cute! Definitely going back for our next one.
