This is the BEST salon in the area - I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere. Jesse has been doing my hair for almost a year now and every time it turns out fabulous! Today we added some red highlights and i couldn't be happier ☺️

Had an amazing experience with Vanessa. Took my daughter in for her first salon visit for a birthday balayage treatment. She has long hair and the appointment went over the allocated time but Vanessa took on the challenge and balanced her appointment in between her other clients. Her assistant was amazing too and took care of my girl and conversation was great! Thank you for making her first experience one to remember!

I was hesitated after reading the reviews here to get my hair colored...but OMG! MAX did such an amazing job on my hair. He gave me exactly what I asked for. Amazing customer service 👏

Wow, just had a killer hair appointment with Tasha at Monago! This girl isn't just a hair wizard (seriously, she tamed my crazy curls!), she's also like the coolest new friend you meet who loves chatting about life, dreams, and apparently off-roading adventures (turns out we both love exploring the Pacific Northwest!). But back to the hair, Tasha totally gets how to work with curly, coarse hair like mine! You can tell she lives and breathes hairstyling – it's not just a job, it's her passion, and it shows in the amazing cut I got. I had the BEST experience here. I was skeptical to book an appointment based on the previous reviews. So I booked a 15 minute consultation once I picked a stylist based on the Instagram page. I booked with Caroline and I explained I had a bad haircut about 6 months ago. I also had my hair dyed 1 year ago and the grow out was terrible! I explained that I travel for work for months at a time so I needed something low maintenance and I just needed my hair to look put together. She took the time to make a plan with me and made sure I was completely comfortable with our plan. When I tell you she DELIVERED, I mean it! I walked out of there feeling the best I’ve felt in over a year. Also. The staff was friendly and welcoming! I will absolutely be coming back here. I highly recommend! The entire experience was outstanding.

I needed any overall color because I got my hair done the previous week and it was a disaster. I just wanted to cover up everything and be one color. I wanted to get it close to my natural. The stylist told me we’d have to go darker which was fine but I’m finding pieces like this all over my head. She couldn’t cover everything that I needed. Now, my hair is not the color I wanted and uneven and blotchy. I made it clear that I have a lot of hair and I don’t think she really understood me because she kept having to go back to get more dye.

Now this review is a couple years old but I finally decided to write a review. I had the worst haircut of my life done here. In fact it was so bad, my wife called the place to let them know how bad it was. They said "yeah, we are sorry, that young person is new". No accommodations or anything, just a sorry...for $70.00. Not sure why they are charging that much money for a men's haircut when they do not know what they are doing. I went back a few more times (no idea why) with a different hairdresser and honestly, maybe this place is good for women's haircuts but they have no idea what they are doing for men. At least for my experience.

I can’t say enough great things about the sweet stylist Salma over at Mogano Salon. She took her time and gave me an amazing haircut that fits so well with my face shape. I absolutely love it!! I told her I had grown it out after having to lose it due to medical reasons and she took such care of my hair and was so specific and careful. Not only did I get an amazing stylist here, they treated me so well from the moment I walked in. A coffee or tea greeting while I waited and a great ambient peaceful atmosphere. Took my 5 year old daughter to get a haircut and Salma did wonderful! She’s so sweet and so patient and did an amazing job on a wiggly little girl. She made her feel like a princess. Everyone in the salon was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

I feel like they have lost their quality over the last few years. I definitely miss the old products they used as it work very well on my hair, and the dye stayed longer in my hair. It doesn't feel the same as it use too.

I made my appointment 2 months prior (at my last appointment). Planning in advance is crucial to me because I have 4 month old at home and a 2 year old and a husband that works long hours 6 days a week. I had to plan with him to work around his schedule so that he would be able to watch the kids. I get a call 2 hours from my appointment and told that my stylist will unfortunately not be coming in this morning. No reason or anything. I even asked why and she just said that she would not be coming in. Honestly if they had at least given some kind of solid excuse I wouldn’t have been as upset but when you can’t even tell your client that’s waited months for this appointment a reason why you’re canceling on them last minute is just disrespectful. ESPECIALLY when the salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy? So you guys ask your clients to give at least 24hr notice and I get 2 hours. Nice. So now my husband got the day off for no reason and we’re both sitting at home today. My one day out for me is a rare occasion , so that’s just been wasted. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule .. really ? So you guys can cancel on me last minute and screw up all of my plans again? I’ll find a different place that respects my time. Since I can’t reply to the owners comment directly. 8 in the morning is 2 hours advance as I would be leaving at 10 for my 11am appointment. Also, the woman on the phone did not say it was a personal emergency she just kept saying “unfortunately she will not be coming in this morning” and your resolution was to reschedule me after you threw out my 2 month in advance scheduled appointment. If you had offered an appointment today with a different stylist I would’ve accepted but when you waste my time and then try to reschedule me for another day after my husband already got today off from work, that’s not really a resolution. Especially since he already wasted a days pay. Twisting peoples words to make yourselves look better is not a good look.

My wife got her hair done at this Salon and was disappointed in how her hairdresser who seemed to be the owner talked to her employees and would have others take over for her while she did something else. I’ve read one other review where the owner had responded to a dissatisfied customer and had twisted the customers words. There doesn’t seem to be much accountability or kindness coming from the owner. Seems pretty fake and manipulative, my wife got that vibe from the whole situation as well. If I were the owner I’d work on being more professional, things would go a lot smoother in all aspects if this was changed.

Absolutely LOVE this salon! Had an amazing first experience!! receptionist offered me water, coffee and tea, not to mention how nice the entire staff is! a bonus is the salon is so cute! Haven't had my hair done in 2 years and always feel so nervous! My stylist Carla made me feel SO safe! Constantly asking me if the water was too hot or cold and if she was tugging my hair or if her nails were hurting me (which neither occurred) Trimmed me up and styled me! I am beyond satisfied, IN LOVE WITH MY HAIR and will most definitely be a regular customer! Carla has now became my permanent stylist!!! Highly recommend to ask for her!

I had an appointment for a haircut at 6:15 pm with Lexi Pope and I got there 5 min early. I was told to come back at 6:40 because she was running behind.. that’s fine. When I returned, only to wait an additional 20 minutes until I decided enough of my time has been wasted and let the receptionist know I was leaving. There are so many other salons I usually go to Main Street salon in sumner they are awesome there just wanted to give this one a try since it’s right across the street from home but I ended up wasting more time with this place than if I drove to the salon where I actually had great experiences. If you value your time, I would not recommend this place.

My wife has refused to go anywhere to get her hair done for the nearly 9 years we have been together. She guess her own hair. She finally made an appointment here and was extremely stressed out. She ended up being thrilled with the cut and made an appointment for color. It looks amazing!

Terrible salon. Each time I called to get full highlights I was recommended to stylists early in their career. Both experiences were terrible. At my last visit I came with very blonde hair, asked for a light strawberry blonde color and left with dark brown hair. Although I was offered a redo visit- the first availability being two weeks later, there is no way I would want anyone there to work on my hair. Going back to a light color is going to take a very long time and a lot of money. I have a $220 appointment somewhere else now to fix this. This salon may look nice but don’t risk it.

It’s close to home. It’s hard to get an appointment if you don’t make one when you leave
