Braids by Keisha is the ONLY salon I’ll go to when getting my hair braided. I’m VERY particular about how I like my hair and how I get it done. The professionalism, customer service and talent are unmatched. In a world of extremely unprofessional braiders over charging for sub par or even terrible services finding Keisha was an answered prayer especially in Pittsburgh. She intently listens to what you want and can actually execute it as desired. From her providing the hair to the overall experience I only go to Keisha. She puts her clients first every single time. It’s easy to be a loyal customer when you can truly trust your stylist to continually put care and concern not only in the braids but your natural hair as well. The salon is easy to find its so cute and clean. 10/10 recommend going to Keisha the absolute BEST most reliable Braider in Pittsburgh.

I've been getting braided here by Keisha for maybe 2 years? Maybe more! I go nowhere else. She's grown my hair, kept it healthy, is super flexible and a great time. 10/10 recommend.

Please DO NOT waste your money at this salon! I went to get my hair braided and it was not a good experience…The girl that braids at this salon is unprofessional and has no personality! She rescheduled my appointment for a different date after I paid my deposit because she had an “event” that she was invited too. And then once I got there, she barely said 2 words to me and didn’t even thank me for coming at the end! These young girls just care about getting paid…they don’t care about anything else! I would not recommend this braiding service at this salon to anyone! There are other braiders in the Pittsburgh area so don’t waste your time or money here!!😒

She was straight forward on what was needed for my hair. It’s been damaged thru the years but once I sat with her she gave me what my hair needed NOT so much as what I want( went over dying treatment hair grow an heat treatment) if I would of kept going to others they would of never took time out to tell me what’s GOOD for me not what’s hip. GOOD HAIR DRESSER!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

Very professional. EXCELLENT with time management. She does a full hair consultation so you know what’s needed to keep your hair healthy. I can’t stress enough how great they are with time. You’re never kept waiting to start and their appointment time frame is always accurate . They go above and beyond to make sure you love their service
