Me and my mom were in SA and called for a walk in apt. The ladies are lovely the salon is clean and we both loved our HC’s. I’d definitely be a returning customer if we lived in SA!! Happy ladies!!

Anaiah cut my hair and she did an amazing job! I don't frequent salons often so I wasn't 100% what I wanted. She was very attentive, went slow with me to help me decide what I truly wanted. Love the cut, great salon, wonderful hairstylist!

Chelo is the best, I was worried that my hair was a disaster to be fix since my husband was the one who color my hair, she genuinely cares for my hair and I am grateful, she is Amazing, incredible and knowledgeable about our beauty she explains absolutely everything from head to toes is funny make me think about the song head shoulders knees & toes. I was in town for a couple days and needed a cut. Found this salon and booked online. Chelo cut my hair and did a great job! She was very friendly and attentive to what I wanted. Salon is clean and inviting.

If you or anyone you know has been sold dental "veneers" by someone at Bella Rose, you should contact a lawyer and see a dentist immediately to assess the level of damage. If left untreated, the damage done by these unlicensed procedures can lead to decay, tooth loss, and periodontal disease.

Better late than never! I am new to San Antonio and I came into Bella Rose Salon on Mother’s Day weekend, after getting fit into a last minute appointment before a wedding the next week. Chelo took very good care of me and was able to make my hair color match the hair extensions I brought. She was very hospitable and paid attention to my needs. I will be back for my next hair appointment. So happy that she was able to fit me in at the last minute, and her prices were much better than her competition. She also recommended a nice hair masque, which I happily paid for before leaving.

We had an incredible experience at Bella Rose Spa today! Chelo worked her magic with a carboxy laser treatment, dermaplaning, and microneedling on my face, and I’ve already seen a huge improvement. The whole process was painless and actually really relaxing. Chelo’s touch is so gentle, and her energy is just amazing. My face looks so much better—I left with 100% more confidence and felt great going out to a restaurant afterward, no embarrassment at all! Even w no makeup!! Even though it was a 3 1/2 hour drive to get there, it was absolutely worth it. Chelo is beautiful, fierce, and really knows her stuff. I can’t wait to go back and see how much more my skin is going to improve. Plus, she offers Elite Training Packages on a wide array of Services. I’m excited to see my daughter attend Bella Rose in the very bear future. 10 out of 10 stars!!! Def check out her Custom Hand Crafted Lids- One of a kind! She has some in studio for purchase. Mine fits my personality perfectly.

I got baby highlights with Alejandra and the service was amazing. My results were even better than I expected. Chelo was also very sweet and very informative. They both made sure I was comfortable during the whole process and explained every step of what they were doing. I am more than satisfied with my results even considering I had box-dyed hair. I recommend both Alejandra and Chelo. Their work was so detailed and so thorough. They did amazing and my highlights are even more beautiful than I could have expected.

Dominique is incredibly amazing at what she does and so so sweet! I’m terribly picky on my haircuts, not in a bad way but Dominique did an incredible job and I’m obsessed with my hair now. I will 100% be returning to her. Book her before she has no more room on her books!!

Excellent haircut at an amazing price at this salon. They have knowledgeable, and skilled staff available at all times. The owner Cello as well, is extremely proficient at cutting hair with over 15 years of experience. I highly recommend this as one of sanantonio’s premier salons. Had such a great blowout from Elena. She actually made me feel great about wearing my hair down for the rest of the day due to her styling expertise! I’m in a very awkward haircut stage (trying to grow out bangs rn) so I had low expectations on how it would look and was just looking forward to the relaxing service. Lovely surprise to walk out of there with such a great style and healthier hair as well, thanks to Elena. She knew exactly what to do with my wonky bangs and random layers. Definitely going to book my next haircut soon with her and resist the urge to regain the bangs!

I would highly recommend this salon for their wide range of professional services. Chelo and Elena provide exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. My teenage daughter discovered them when we were in need of preparations for her sweet 16 celebration, and they certainly did not disappoint. I have since been back multiple times as their consistently pleasant and satisfying experience keeps me coming back. They offer a wide range of services. Give them a call.

Phix, was simply amazing! She made the entire process fun and relaxing. I was really impressed with how efficient she is with her time management and constantly working hard to take clients in even while she was still working with me. If there was a 15 minute downtime with me she was working with another client to take care of their service quickly. She's a very hard worker and does great work. Highly recommend!

This place is tiny. It's about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment and it looks like there was 1 or 2 ladies at most handling all their appointments and proceedures. I read online appointment is required. I originally scheduled my appt for 1130 but called before my time to let them know Id be running 15 minutes behind and asked if I'd still be seen before i drive 30 minutes over there. The lady I spoke with said she can reschedule me for noon. I said great! I arrived at 1150, and sat and waited for 30 minutes with no one in sight. I was able to get the attention of a staff member and I politely asked about how long the wait is going to be for my manicure, she immediately blamed me and said that since I was late she took someone else. I understand business but I wish that would've been communicated to me when I called to ask if I can still been seen instead of being told id be rescheduled for noon. I couldn't wait any longer so I just left. What a waste of time. Proper communication is important

This was truly the best experience I had coming to a salon in a very long time! The place was so nice and the environment was lovely, the lady at the front who I assume was the owner was super sweet and showed me extra services the salon offered since I was just there for a haircut while I had waited. I ended up adding on an extra service that I needed! My stylist Dom was awesome she took such great care of me and I haven't stopped getting compliments on my hair every since! I got to meet other ladies who worked there and everyone was so welcoming and took care of you. I highly recommend checking out this salon. It was my first time but I can’t wait to go back and try out other things they offer!

When I say I am obsessed with how my hair came out I mean OBSESSED !! Dom was my stylist and she did an incredible job. She took the time to get to know my history with previous work I’ve had done on my hair so she would be able to give me the best possible experience and outcome.
