Joe is such a godsend and is incredible in ways that are remarkably rare and untrainable. I have significant haircut anxiety and am a control freak with an unfortunate degree of difficulty communicating what I want/need. Joe has cut my hair twice now and did such an incredible job that I feel like I'm forever indebted to him. He somehow transcribed my poor communication into exactly what I wanted in a way that works with my lifestyle and hair-type. He's a rockstar. If you're someone who is similarly neurotic, I couldn't recommend him more.

Bella Salon is fantastic, especially Steven. He always gets me right, he is the only person I trust to do my hair because he gives me EXACTLY what I want. He’ll also give me his own input and I trust his opinions. I always leave the salon happy and excited to go back.

Emily W. did my full highlights today and I am over the moon about the results!! The color is very dimensional— I love it. She paid extra attention to keeping the hair as healthy as possible while adding the highlights. I have very curly long hair, so Emily worked her magic with the blow out and styling at the end. I felt confident and beautiful when I left. The salon is well decorated, friendly and clean. There was plenty of free parking available in the lot.

was in need of a blowout, but it is not the easy to find someone who is capable and comfortable doing ethnic hair. I started by going through reviews on Yelp and looking for reviews that had been written by someone black and I found Bella Salon. I called and explained my hair type and without hesitation, the receptionist said, Troy is wonderful and will take good care of you! When I arrived and checked in, I was in awe at how large the space is. It was lively, energetic and decorated nicely for the Christmas season. I was told I could grab a drink from the fridge which offered still and sparkling water as well as alcoholic options and then I took a seat in their comfortable waiting room where I waited for about 10 minutes, before being approached by Troy. I left looking amazing & singing his praises. Everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly.

Ginnie did a fabulous job on my over processed hair that needed a cut ( but keeping most of my length that I had patiently grown out. ) After her conditioning, cut and blow dry I looked like a new person! Have been recovering from shoulder surgery so was not allowed to swim but had many meetings to attend ( plus the election) and it looks as good today as it did 6 days ago! She is a treasure!

I've been coming to Bella Salon since 2019, and I can honestly say it's the best salon experience I've ever had. Before finding Bella, I had my share of terrible experiences, but this salon completely changed the game for me. Both Keith and Kaylee are amazing—they always listen to what I want and deliver incredible results every time. Their attention to detail and care make every visit a pleasure. I recommend Bella Salon to all my friends and family because I know they'll love it as much as I do!

Stephanie completely helped me turn my hair around and it’s now the healthiest it’s ever been / looked. I had a bad haircut experience before and went to Stephanie to hopefully fix it, she pays so much attention to detail and is so meticulous with each haircut she gives me! My hair has had a complete 180 and I give her all of the credit!

There are no local owners. The owner is out of state & has no idea how salon is managed. There was an assistant manager paulina, who tried to be helpful, there was a young Stylist kristen (verbally abusive) & the main manager calie left abusive messages by phone. The salon also has employees leave reviews here on google maps to counteract bad reviews- a violation of terms of google maps. The review pictured here was done by one of their stylists. He is not a customer. So now the salon is replying here with disinformation. and yes, their employee’s photograph on here who was working wt me before he had a family emergency was asked by the management to leave a view on here. Very, very happy with my hairstyle. Emily seems to have an insight on how to style hair even with problem hair like mine. Her styling has helped me to style my own hair with tips and great suggestions. I am elderly and hair changes over time, so I am learning how to deal with those changes. Also, the salon is a beautiful and relaxing place to be. The design inside is not only beautiful and CLEAN, but is walking friendly. The people who work there are very friendly, helpful, and make you feel at home. Bella Salon rates #1 with me!!

great salon! very clean and bright. And easy surface parking. I had a great experience with Stephani. she did a call highlights and removed my old toner to get me a brighter more warm blonde. She did such a fantastic job with the challenge I gave her!

I recently tried Bella Salon for the first time, and I loved it. Will definitely be returning, even though I don't live in Austin. I was lucky enough to have my hair cut and colored by Joe. He was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions for color to help extend my time in between visits, and did a beautiful job with my hair. I left loving my new cut and color. Often, when I leave a salon, I have to go home and fix my hair because it's not how I wear it or just doesn't feel right. Not this time. I loved everything about how Joe did my hair. Bella salon is beautifully appointed, and Joe was exceptional. I left feeling very pampered. LOVE BELLA SALON!

There is no one other than Emily that I trust with my curls!! She really takes the time to listen to my hair goals, expertly cuts curls (never too short - my curly people know!) and provides all the tricks and tips to achieve the same styling results at home. Highly recommend! Thank you Emily!
