I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Joe Rivas at #23, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. It's my first haircut since I moved to the USA. I felt welcomed and at ease. The attention to detail during the haircut was remarkable, and the end result exceeded my expectations.
