Maria has been cutting and styling my hair for about 10 years now. I've followed her around to a few locations in that time. Obviously, I'm very happy with the way she cuts my hair. She always comments about how fine it is, and then cuts it in a way to give it maximum volume. I used to get highlights, but eventually decided it wasn't for me -- nothing to do with Maria's work, which was top-notch. The location where she is now is great, in that she has a private room, just her and the client. That makes me feel safer about Covid risk.

Bella Shears is the only place in Austin I've been able to get a Brazilian blowout that was done perfectly and not a waste of time and money. I have very unevenly curly hair and the blowout is the only thing that tames it. But it Has to be done right or it doesn't work. Maria has got it going and has the perfect technique for making it a stunningly beautiful job that last for months. She always cuts and colors my hair as well and she does an excellent job of both. Especially if you need a Brazilian blowout you need Maria.

I have been a client of Maria's for several years now. Everything that she does is with utmost care and quality. My hair always looks great. Today in addition to a Brazilian blowout, i had highlights done. It had been several years since i had highlights and she took her time answering my questions and helping me pick out the right shade that would compliment my skin tone. I looked like a million bucks when she was done. There are so many more wonderful things i can say about this stylist. But rest assured, if you want to feel "taken care of" and look fabulous by a clearly very experienced and talented stylist, Maria is who you need to go see.

I met Maria about 8 years ago. She gave me my first Brazilian blowout. I loved it and have been going to Maria every month to have her dye my hair, split end treatment, haircut and facial wax. Approximately every 8 months I get another Brazilian blowout. Two years ago we moved from Texas to Pennsylvania. I go back to Maria every three months now. Yes she is that good that I travel back to her. Try her. I love your new place Maria!

Maria is amazing! She has been doing my hair for over 5 years now. I have long "blonde" hair and she does partial or full highlights and a cut each time. Every time I walk away very happy. I also did a Balayage once and it turned out gorgeous. I always get compliments on my hair thanks to Maria. I highly recommend coming in for a visit.
