It makes me really sad to have to share such a negative review. Before I go into detail, I want to say that for the most part anytime i get my nails or pedicure done, it's because I need to decompress or I am in need of a pick me up.. So my expectation is that I get the same level of service as I did the first time I went because it is ultimately what drove me to come back. I pay over $100 when i go get my nails and pedi done. There are over 1000 nail salons in the local Tucson area and I thought there was something special about this place until today. The pedicure was subpar. The gel color, although not the color I asked for, was fine.. But the service, the water, the leg mask.. I was freezing the entire time. Very unpleasant. For my nails, I asked for a new set. The process to take off the old seemed to take a lot longer than I've ever experienced. The color that was applied looked NOTHING like what I asked for. I kept asking to go short and at one point I just said I'd do it at home. I left feeling rushed, with half-assed service. The nails were ugly. Probably the ugliest I've ever had. But the tech kept saying they were pretty. They were way too long and sharp and the color 😭 it was supposed to be a soft transparent grey and what i left with was a nasty brown that wasnt even evenly applied. Needless to say, I wont be going back. It's always been out of my way anyway.

Came in after getting a bad full set somewhere else . Requested a fill to just correct the chunkiness of my original set . I was asked if I wanted to take them all off I said no, I just got a full set I was short on time . It was filed down new powder was put on and the shaping corrected . All things that would happen in a fill. At checkout I was charged for a full set, nail shaping and a takeoff and was charged 70 dollars .for 2 of my nails to literally be see thru at the top from the product not being applied properly .

DONT GO HERE! YELLED AT, CHASED, & LOCKED INSIDE!! I usually review on Yelp not Google, but putting part this on here now since Yelp deleted it outside of the editing window so I can’t go back on there and make it shorter but I think it’s important I share this experience as it’s 100% real and need to know for any thinking about going here!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!! I had the WORST service I’ve had in my life (along with/ too hot motors) at this establishment. I took my younger sister here & explained multiple times to different staff what we were both getting (no gel).When my sis finished I asked if they gave her a mani, I found she did not. The price he quoted her didn’t match the service. My nails were still being done as I talked to my sister about her nails trying to figure out the price and I mentioned to her that he better not have done gel when I told them during our pedicure and when starting her nails that it was no gel. My technician doing my nails says he did gel. I sigh frustrated mumbling “why would he do gel, I told him not to do gel, I’m not paying for gel.” Before I know it the man that did her nails is in my face yelling about the price and how I need to pay because she asked for gel. I i asked him why he did gel when she said no gel (he clearly did not notice or realize I was there and with her) and he kept yelling how it didn’t matter. She affirmed that she told him not to it and I was there to hear it. He yelled and waved his arms telling me I was going to pay for it regardless and making a huge scene. I could not even get a word in. His defense was that she didn’t stop him, she put her hand in her hair after, she knew it was gel. (Side note my sister does NOT get her nails done, she’s new to the nail salon, she does not know a regular polish from gel from powder). She had not even realized at that point she could touch things and not ruin her nails. I knew that I was going to address his behavior when my nails were done. So I gave her my keys and asked her to wait in the car because I did not want her to witness me possibly arguing with him when he did not seem to be stable. I notice seconds later she’s calling me on my watch but didn’t think anything of it. Right after, she comes back in the shop and before I can ask her why she’s back, JORDAN comes right behind her yelling and again making a scene locking the door and holding himself against it screaming about how she can’t leave until we pay and blah blah blah. I am dumbfounded at this point that this is happening! Im now shaking with embarrassment and anger. I have no idea what he did or said to my sister outside to bring her in but If bystanders outside are laughing about the behavior towards a minor then stopping to ask if he’s serious and if she needs help, there’s something wrong. I told him that she is a little girl I’m obviously paying and I’m still finishing getting my nails done! He says “ohh well you didn’t say that” and unlocks the door and goes on as though he didn’t just put on the blockbuster summer hit of the year. At this point I AM LIVID! I never told him I wasn’t paying and he never asked. I doubt the woman doing my nails would have continued to do them if she thought I wasn’t paying. She finished soon after that & I paid but It took forever for the others working there to give me his name. I walked out shaking and with tears in my eyes. I did nothing to be treated like that. A technician came outside and spoke to me apologizing for him and saying she thought he was going to calm down and he didn’t and she didn’t know what to do. I made a police report documenting his behavior and of course am warning everyone I can about this place. Police took forever to come but ultimately could do nothing because we did not get the bystanders information.🤬

Scammers! Avoid this place!!!! Horrible horrible work they’ll paint your nails w paint that will come off the next shower you take and when you return for correction they will apply same color but with glitter in it and when you figure it out after you’ve paid they charge you to correct it. and they will scam you on pricing and gaslight you regarding payment. When you show proof of payment, you learn the employees are all stealing from each other and the business meanwhile lying to customers as well! Stay far from this place I’m not sure how they are still in business. The people with good experience here y’all should go play the lottery.

Their pedicures are the best... hot stones & hot towels. Just what I need after a long week at work . Also the fact that I have some issues with my toe nails. But they always look amazing.

Horrible service, they Blantonly were talking bad about another customer talking about if you want to be cheap go elsewhere because we not cheap here and laughed calling the women cheap. Me and my sister got identical nails ; design and colors and we were both charged different prices. Hers being much higher

Bella Nails was exceptional. My husband I came just for a pedicure but we ended up getting a manicure and the technicians were amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing interior decor. Will be coming back!! Thank you Bella Nails

Oh my god I am so in love with this place. I went to go get a manicure and a pedicure and I fell in love walking out of there. The shape is on point the nail polish is on point it was amazing. The best experience I’ve had in a long time. And it was my first time here!!! I am definitely going back! Ask for Nancy she does an amazing job!!!

The worse place I've been to in years they had bugs crawling out there box as well I'm diabetic I told them down cut my toenails because I was sick..she still did and shoved a nail thing so far up my toenail I screamed.. I told her it hurt she laughed.. then I'm telling the manager and he yelling at me like I did something wrong..I don't recommend this place at all

When I got there, it was 30 minutes to closing. It was my birthdand I had been running around all day and just wanted to get my nails done one of the girls. I can tell kinda didn't want to stay late to do them but agreed to do that. Overheard that it was my birthday and her tone was amazing.She did a beautiful job on my nails.I wanna thank Hear from the bottom of my heart from ending my day with beautiful nails
