I have curly hair and follow the curly hair regime.I was finding it hard to find someone who cuts hair in their curly form .I went to Bella V and Ms.Melissa did just that for me.I told her I wasn’t able to change my look because of my curls for very long time and she was able to give me a new look with my curl patterns intact.I highly recommend her for all you curly girls out there.I love their customer service .Their staff are amazing.

Espi was my stylist and she was great. Very personable and professional. I showed her a picture for what I had in mind, and she nailed it. I’m happy with my experience there and will probably go back to Espi for my next haircut.

I have been so pleased with Marleny's professionalism since my first visit consultation about the service she would give me. I came back to get the Keratin treatment and I was delighted with her work. Two weeks later I finished my request service with getting my hair dyed, EXCELLENT work. 100% met my expectations I have when I go to a BEAUTY SALON and I left satisfied and pleased with the work done at Bella V Salon. I love Bella V Salon. I have been going there for 7 years. I had Carrie, Micah, and Diedre. They are all great ladies. It's best to make an Appt ahead of time. They get booked very fast.

I went in wanting a hair trim and to add layers and dimension. When they completed it looked okay, since they styled it, but I started to notice it was really uneven. Whence I washed and styled my own hair, that’s when I could see HOW uneven and bad the haircut was. I immediately called the salon and was told that I would have to wait till after the holidays, I explained I was going on vacation and needed to be looked at like that day , especially since I had a bad service. I called and was really reasonable and understanding considering the stylist didn’t know my hair, and I’m not accustomed to how she cut, but if you mess up you don’t make people wait a whole week. I even asked if another stylist could help. In the end I asked for a refund but they refused. I went to a more experienced stylist in a different salon and paid AGAIN to fix the botched job I received here. I lost mostly all my length and my hair got thinned out far more than I wanted. I just wanted the salon to take responsibility, but they didn’t.

Omg I came here couple weeks ago to color my hair , and my ends were burnt because of bleach..my hair stylist recommended me to purchase their repair cream to use after shower instead of cutting it off.. let me tell you I really didn’t think it would work but I gave it a shot twice and LITERALLY My ends are in perfect condition..I can’t tell you how happy I am with this cream. It’s a miracle. If your hair is damaged I’d highly recommend!!! Thank you so much :)))))

Kari is AMAZING! I went in with a butchered hair cut! Layers were think, chunky and extremely uneven and short. No style to them and looked like a tiered shelf all the way around the middle of my head. I googled salons and Bella V came up with so many reviews on Kari. So I booked and she did SO GOOD at blending, styling, thinning the ends and brining my hair back to life I'm so thankful for her. I've finally found my hair stylist:)

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I had Mikea as my stylist. This was my first time in this salon. Prior to coming in, I specifically called (three times total) to confirm all the info I got from them was correct. I told them I don't have the typical hair texture, I have very thick and full hair. They reassured me they have the skills to cut my hair. Now I'm normally very picky about my hair stylist but because I moved here recently, I had no choice but find a new stylist. Mikea took 2.5 hours just to CUT MY HAIR. Mikea even told me she doesn't like cutting hair, she only enjoys hair coloring. So I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY receptionist decided to book me with someone who doesn't know how to cut hair. Not to mention she told me she had only been a hair stylist for a few years. So many things went wrong in that appointment. First, I showed her a pic of what I wanted during my "consultation" and she reassured she could achieve the look. My hair is now butchered with one side shorter than the other. Because my hair is so thick, it now looks like a flight of stairs as far as layering goes.And the best part is I SPECIFICALLY told her I don't want layers. She did the opposite of everything I asked her. My hair is also 2 inch shorter than I asked. She didn't even know how to soften the layers! I am embarrassed going out with my hair like this and it's been half a year now....waiting for my hair to grow out and finally be comfortable with my hair again....Also I had to leave early because I had to go back to work but she didn't even finish my bangs...she told me I could come back to do a fix up...NO MA'AM. I don't need her to be touching my hair AGAIN. Not to mention her face mask looked so used and worn out I really did not feel comfortable with her being near my face. Just poor hygiene as a stylist. I'm sure there are great stylists there but it's unfortunate they had a coloring lady cut my hair ruining my first experience at this salon.

When my girlfriend went to this salon, she showed the hair stylist a picture of the color and style she wanted her hair to be. But her hair afterwards did not look anything like the picture, in fact it barely looks like her hair was colored at all. Her hair suffered damage for no good reason. I told them we would like to be compensated for the three hours of wasted time and the 95$ that paid for nothing so that she could get her hair done somewhere else. I had a calm conversation with them about our troubles and they were so mad about giving us a refund they said that we are not welcome anymore and they would call the police if we returned. I think this was very unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this salon enough! I am new to the area and finding a new salon can be tough, but this salon made me feel very comfortable and confident in choosing them. Lexi worked with me to get me in kind of last minute, and Kary did my highlights. I am always very nervous trying somewhere new but Kary was AMAZZZINGGGG. All the members of the salon are so polite and welcoming. You seriously need to visit this salon.

I've been working with Griffin for over a year now. He does my balayage, keratin, cuts, and anything else I come up with. I have SUPER dark, SUPER long hair and he always is so meticulous! He takes extra care to listen to my demands (ha) but also offers some great advice with his expertise. He's also fun to work with and has an awesome, "chill" personality. I'll follow you anywhere Griffin! :-)

Kary saved my hair!!! I went yesterday to get a haircut at a different salon and my long and thick hair ended in disaster. In desperate need of someone to fix my hair I scheduled an appt at this place with Kary (read good reviews). She did amazing. She explained to me what went wrong at the other place and fixed what was fixable. We do have to wait a little longer for the rest to grow; to take it how I want it. But I will be the only one who knows what needs to fixed since she did a great job. Thank you soooo much!

Went there this past weekend and was very disappointed in my style. I had to pay another person to fix it after I left. Although the young lady tried to fix it, she was running short on time. I made it clear that I was not happy with the outcome. I gave her a very simple style that took another women, only 10 minutes. ( Who I had to pay as well) I feel like everything I told her not to do, she did. The worst feeling when going to a salon is feel like you were not listened to. I'm leaving three stars because the first time I visited it was wonderful. I am also a huge fan of Aveda as I graduated from that school myself. now I know to schedule way in advance but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be coming back to this place. Which is very unfortunate because I know there are some wonderful stylists here. I HIGHLY recommend Miss.Kari if you want to be seen. She's a God Send.
