I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bella Vida Aesthetics and the incredible team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The staff is truly amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to providing the best experience possible. Dr. Iani Silveira is an absolute artist! Her expertise, gentle approach, and personalized recommendations made the entire process painless and seamless, a true Concierge approach. I walked out feeling 10 years younger, with results that look NATURAL and refreshed(read that again- NATURAL) I appreciate the time she took to explain everything and ensure I was completely comfortable. Finding a place that combines skill, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere can be challenging, I drove 1hr because Bella Vida is hands-down the best in South Florida. I can’t brag enough about this gem! If you’re looking for top-notch care and beautiful results, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I'm 66 years old and i refuse to get a facelift. I've been going to Iani for botox and filler for a few years in order to *offset* my sagging jowel area and lines in my face. Ok. She's a freaking artist. Usually I just go for the *morticia addams* cheekbones and some botox in my*elevens* iykyk) but yesterday's session was amazing. She hit me with some filler in my temple area and a little tox in my nose wrinkles (i probably got them from saying *eww* a lot this political season but i digress) i wasn't sure how i felt about it but I trust her. We'll this morning i woke up and woah! I didn't realize how much I needed that until I saw the difference. Again, Iani is an artist with a syringe. I'm so very grateful ♡ #hottogo

I saw great google reviews and came in for the Aerolase. I heard amazing things about it. I can’t say enough about the nurse who did my service and the actual procedure. It appears that they’re in transition and moving to a new office but that’s ok. There is no down time with this laser. Literally 2 hours later and my skin is like FLAWLESS. I WILL be back for 3 more sessions. I also really appreciated that they didn’t ask me for a tip. I don’t like that at medical spas just charged what it is for the service. I WILL be back and will drive to they’re new location on Coral Gables. Thanks again for the great service!

Iani is fantastic! She is very “approachable” and cuts to the chase. We loved how concise, yet thorough, she is in her training and overall communication. Our goal was to get one new technique that we can use in our practice and we left the training with several. We got our money’s worth for sure! It was a great training and we can’t say enough good about Iani.
