I'm giving the salon this score due to the following: The nail tech was very assumptive and treated me like I was ignorant. Here's how it went... When seated, I found some color books and started to browse for the color I wanted. Once I was finished, I waited for my person. Since it was my first time, I had no expectations. The tech came over, pointed, and loudly said, "You pick out a color." It was a statement, and mind you, she didn't say hello; my name is... just a very let's get this over with attitude. Okay, since we're beginning like this, I decided that less is needed here to answer the question. She plopped another book down and said, "You get this color—not the one I picked, the one she was going to give me." I said that's not the one I wanted. Is the other not available? She smiled as if not to comprehend, then smiled and said, "No, but you get that one." I asked again a couple of times just to make sure we were on the same page. Unfortunately, I had a gift certificate and wanted to give the place a chance, so I didn't leave. I looked at what they had left, and yep, I picked the one she pointed out. Smh. Now they have hundreds of colors in there, so why are we down to 5 red dip ( not very pretty) colors? I couldn't tell you. Now she sits down with the color, proceeds to prep my nails, and asks if I was from around here-"No." You've been here before-"no." Now don't try to make small talk after that crap you just pulled; I'm put out and not a happy camper. 15 minutes in, she decided not to look at me again. She literally looked around while buffing my nails and proceeded to put in her earbuds and scroll on her phone between applications. LOL! You can't this shit up. Time to wash- " and where is that"? waves her hand toward the back and says over there. All I saw was the bar they weren't serving beverages from. 😕But not the two hidden sinks-ugh leave it out! It's an OK job, but not as neat as it should be. And just for fun, because my treatment wasn't far enough, she said, "Your hands are dry!" Uh, yeah, because I wash them all day! Well, good grief, I have money left on the gift certificate. Positives: The place is clean, the man at the front is very polite, and they have tons of polishes, just not red in the dip.

KELLY IS THE BEST!! I have been with her for MANY years, moving wherever she goes! I love the way she does my nails and pedicures! If you find that SPECIAL ONE you never let them go!! She is AMAZING… TRUST ME!!!🤩🤩🤩

I have been coming here for YEARS. Yesterday I had a horrible experience, the man who did my nails cut me on 4 fingers. I was bleeding, and he covered up my cut with acrylic. I never thought I would have to come on here and write negatively, but I believe awareness should be spread. My nails don’t look the way I wanted to, they are very chunky.

One of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. She listened to the little details I wanted and the design came out so cute ! I believe my techs name was Lily but my memory is not the best. Definitely recommend this salon !

Great service, and attention's to details. Staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. We have an excellent experience every time. They offer complimentary drinks and most importantly, the establishment is really clean.

I walked in for a pedicure, never having been to this salon before . They open at 9:30am, and I was in the area. I was seen right away. My technician Mike put in the work today, he diligently removed all dead skin and was very personable. Will be back, he was great.

The service here was amazing. We came close to closing and they did not turn us away or rush through our service. They stayed open late and took their time and paid attention to detail plus the employees were very sweet. Definitely coming back!

The time I went here, they gave me a very inexperienced tech (at least I think she was) she did an awful job. Please don’t let them practice on customers until they understand how to do the basics.

I won’t go anywhere else for pedicures or my nails! I appreciate how clean this salon is and how willing they are to accommodate. They are always the nicest to talk to and the atmosphere is friendly. I’ve never left here being unsatisfied or with my nails burning or in pain (this is more common than you’d realize with other salons). I’ve never felt rushed and genuinely do not have a preference on who I see since everyone does such a good job!

This place does amazing work. I've been here twice now and they take such great care with me. I get ingrown toenails and they do amazingly to make sure I'm in as little pain as possible. My only complaint is the difference in price for men and women plus the fee for my ingrown toenails. But, with the amazing work they do it is worth the price.

Paid for a manicure with dip, but sure didn't receive a manicure. All the lady did was trim my nails, buff them and dip my fingers into the nail color and was charged more for the dip($57) but didn't receive a manicure. And then the lady asks if I want my cuticles to be cut and that's going to be extra. Ummmmm, yes I thought that's what's in a manicure. $57 for a manicure just because you add dip was not worth it. I'll stick to my normal cheap manicure where you get the full treatment with a hand massage and regular nail polish for $27. Lazy work, lazy customer service, just lazy people that work in this establishment.

Staff is friendly and techs know their stuff. They have the best callus treatment of any nail salon I've been to. They also offer kids manicure/pedicure. Highly recommend!

Very rude! I went in for a color change next thing I know he’s telling me that I need a new set because he didn’t realize that I had acrylic and soaked my nails with acetone! And the nails lifted, lack of experience in his part. Then he made it seem like it was my fault because I did not have enough time at that moment to get a new set. It’s not even about the money! the lack of respect to the customer and not sitting there right expectation.He charged $35 !!
