TERRIBLE!! I got dip powder on my own nails. 2 days later they were coming off…went back to get them fixed and same thing is happening again. Never going back.

I went in for a pedicure and paid over $100. I told the lady to apply acrylic to one of my nails as it was cracked. I noticed she started applying the acrylic to all nails which I told her to stop and she continued to anyway. I was not given a price and I thought it would be an additional $20 charge. I told her not to apply them to all nails and she went ahead and did it anyways I was charged $45 for the lavender pedicure and then an additional $50 for acrylic on nails. Other services were added but I was not expecting to pay $130 for a pedicure only. It seems like this place took advantage and took it upon themselves to added additional services and charge more. Disappointed!

My mom and I went and got full sets and pedicures. My mom is very pleased with the designs mimi did and I love the ombre she did on mine. We will be returning :)

They fit me in last minute on a FRIDAY! John did an amazing QUICK job on m Acrylic dip powder fills on my real nails 💅🏽 and he was funny! His customer service was amazing! 3rd time at this location and I will DEFINITELY be back and ask for John every time!!!! Got my eyebrows waxed VERY QUICKLY & the woman did an amazing job as well! Atmosphere of the whole establishment was great too!!!!

First time here. Service was nice but then when leaving to pay showed my military ID and was told they only do military discount on Mon-Thursday, no signs posted of this to let people know upon check in. Never had a nail salon not give military discount on all days as people work during the week especially military people. Didn’t like that.

I got my nails do today as a walk in and I was impressed on the technique John had with my Acrylic Nails. He did exactly what I asked for, the nails came out perfect and he was fast! Mimi did my pedicure and did not disappoint!!

I have been on the prowl for a new nail tech. Prior to coming here, I visited Venice on Culebra. Immediately i didn’t feel the vibes I was searching for when looking a new nail tech, I googled and found bellagio. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I went Today on Friday at 2ish, and it wasn’t packed at all, but then I met Kayla 💕💅 who not only did a perfect job with my nails, but also could hold and in engage in a really good conversation. We chatted the whole time and, she was very helpful and taking the time to make sure my set was exactly the way I imagined! I’ve found my new nail girl. 10/10 recommend!

This was our first experience here and it was amazing got done quickly we got 2 manicures and 2 pedicures both got done so quickly but was really worth it, such great technicians and they were really nice. They matched perfectly to our inspiration pictures.

Steven did a GREAT job! Beautiful nails. Great personality—not too chatty though which is what I like. Everything he suggested worked perfectly (dabbing powder instead of dipping it).

Tara and Kayla were my nail technicians today. My husband treated me to a spectacular mani pedi and my legs and feet feel so good! Tara gave me an excellent pedi (I suggest the #4 - the citrus scent is so pleasant and energizing) and Kayla did a fabulous mani while she shared about San Antonio among other conversation. Eric was the perfect host as he led both my hubby and I to our pedi chairs. His pedi technician was Vivian. All 3 of the technicians were so welcoming and kind. We will be back!

Clean and relaxing atmosphere! Customer service was great and easy to make an appointment. Meagan did a wonderful job on my gel manicure!! She took her time and was very detailed oriented.

I've been to Bellagio Nail Bar a few times since moving back to Texas and each experience is better than the last. The expert technicians are always super friendly and do an amazing job. The drinks are also on point. They aren't the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. I won't go anywhere else. 💅🏼 🩷💜

Great experience every time! Kevin does a wonderful job. He files and shapes my nails and toes with perfection and I an very picky but worth him I don't even have to correct anything he does. I recommend!

My second visit and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. All of the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had the best pedicure last time and today was just a full but still a great relaxing experience. The drinks are a great compliment to an already great visit. I highly recommend Bellagio for all your nail and toe needs !

Our 1st experience @Bellagio was not great. My feet were not cared for and my daughter brought a photo of how she wanted her manicure and it was all wrong. Told the lady and she appeared as if she didn't care. But I decided to give them another try. Went in today & was assisted by Kim. She was friendly and amazing. My feet & hands are soft, polished beautifully & feel great. So Kudos to Kim. I will return because of YOU!
