The BEST quality of hair extensions in the business. And I have the best hairstylist, Angelica, to thank for my amazing transformation! I love my long hair!! Bellami Hair Extensions has changed my life! Going in every couple months for my move up is ALWAYS an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Maya is the most helpful lady I have come across in a very long time. You can tell that she loves what she does. Knowledgeable about all products. Would recommend this beauty bar to everyone.

One of the employees seemed upset that I was there, possibly because it was close to closing time, but I had a 3:15 p.m. appointment. She made it seem like I was an inconvenience, saying, "Well, you're going to be our last customer, so we can take you in," as if she were doing me a favor. Aside from her attitude, I was really disappointed by Bellami’s lack of shade range, especially for gingers. I'm getting married in a week, and I went there because my makeup artist highly recommended their hair extensions, claiming they were the best. I even checked with my hairstylist, who confirmed this. So, I had high hopes. However, it's hard to believe they’re the best when their selection is so limited. I left disappointed and will be advising my makeup artist and hairstylist to stop recommending this place, especially for people with red hair.

The manager is a nightmare. I came in after having my appointment cancelled at 1:30AM to ask if another stylist would be available. I explained my situation and even SAID I COULD CHANGE MY FLIGHT to work something out. This woman was so short with me, rude the ENTIRE time, and even told her workers I was the issue. I had to ask for alternative ideas as she offered NONE, but HER manager ended up helping. This woman was so snobby and played the victim when I did not even give her a hard time. Why do you work with the public if you don’t like people? I wish someone would watch the camera footage of her attitude. I have pretty good hearing and she also said I would write a bad review, assuming that’s why she was so short, talking extremely low and nasty with me. Well you got one. However, the stylist who ended up taking me was AWESOME. She was kind, funny, paid diligent attention to what I wanted. I felt very comfortable with her and I’m so glad at least someone was professional towards me. This is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review. I loved the stylist and she made my day a lot better. By the way, I wasn’t having a bad day until dealing with your manager Analeese or whatever her name is. She even walked up and opened the doors at 10:15AM when I and another girl were scheduled for 10. I waited at the mall until 4pm to be seen, like the manager told me to. (She did not impart any suggestions of other salons) I sat there from 4pm-5:20pm before starting my appointment. The manager did not say a WORD to me until I walked up at 5:15pm, as I was GOING to ask how much longer since my dog is at daycare. She didn’t let me speak but instead said “uh she has to clean first?” That woman being in a position of power is unfortunate. I was being nice, even apologized and said I wasn’t trying to be ugly I was just inconvenienced and wanted to see my options. The fact she relayed the message to multiple employees incorrectly, painting herself as a victim and saying I was being problematic is beyond weird.

Bellami is one of my favorite places for clip-in extensions so I was stoked to see a store, as I usually order online. This place was such a pleasant surprise on my Vegas vacation and the saleswoman was friendly and informative. I'll definitely be back.

Went in and got an exact color match to my hair. After the first time using the hair I washed it as directed. The color rinsed out and the clip-ins lightened up and came out more of a red tint. It’s so unfortunate, for the priced paid you’d think the quality would be better.

At first I had a bad experience with the beauty bar but Alecia is an angel!! The whole Bellamihair team reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the service and product! I never experienced a better customer service than this! Available, kind, nice and ready to fix every single problem, they even facecalled me! I will absolutely come back and buy more on the website!!! This is a 10 star service and now I know why Bellamihair is so successful, because is about the clients not the money!!!!!!!!!!! If you need extensions go to Bellamihair!!!
