Nancy has been highlighting my hair for a few years. She is excellent! She can blend high & lowlights into my hair expertly, even when I cannot explain well what I want. (I do really need to learn Spanish!) I happily recommend her to anyone who is tired of overpaying for highlights.

3 times they have messed up my hair and moved the hair line that I wanted and now I have little hairs sticking up and it pisses me off, and they can't speak English!

Maria curled my hair last minute for a party. I called the salon and was able to get in a chair in 10 minutes. The salon was very clean and it had a positive vibe. Gracias Maria !!

Al principio era un buen servicio.pero ahora suben los precios sin avisar y al pagar te dicen cuanto vas a dejar de propina , y la última vez mire el corte de pelo de mi hijo y tenia un rasguño de la maquina de nada sirve esperar tanto tiempo y pagar un aumento qué no te informan 👎

I have going to this facility since they opened. My son also goes there for his haircut. The ladies do great work and are quite friendly. I am glad to have a location close to my place of business that is excellent.

So why I’m at this spot I nvr been to made me wait 30-45min then wash it and say we don’t do ya kind a hair (I’m black with soft hair) it’s gonna be 80$ Worst customer service that is not how you run a business !!

Visitó este salón desde hace muchos años . Mi estilista es Bella y no la cambio por nadie más . Ella es excelente y mi pelo queda espectacular 😍 Ahora que me mude a Kannapolis no me importa viajar hasta Charlotte porque cuando alguien es bueno en su trabajo la distancia no es un impedimento.

Dont go there if you want to dye your hair. I waited 1 hour just to tell me they couldn’t dye my hair because they couldn’t do the color i wanted. So i went to another place near by called salon de belleza and they took me right away.
