Huge shout out to Wendy...who obviously has the amazing Google reviews for a reason. She listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures for reference, asked a couple pointed questions...and then executed the perfect combination between what I wanted and what my hair needed! Would absolutely suggest her to any friends or family!

Nice owner / hairdresser but very questionable pricing and motives , i purchased a $200 gift card for my girlfriends birthday , she went and showed the hairdresser ( owner ) a picture of what she wanted and received a very open ended quote as to what it would cost. The haircut ended up being completely different from what she wanted and although it looked good the contrast between what she wanted and what she received left her uneasy. To make matters worse it ended up costing her $500 not including a tip ( an expense she was not anticipating ). Salons make there own prices and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that , but leaving pricing open ended and a mystery until the work has been done in my opinion is dishonest and a bad practice , especially as a first time customer who's walking in with a $200 gift card , when someone gives you a gift card its because they want to pay for something for you , not because they want you to spend $300 additional unexpected of your own money. The lack of communication on both hair expectation and pricing has resulted in her not visiting this salon again.

I had a wonderful experience. I was a walk-in and immediately offered a consultation, for a very complex color request. I had my hair done that day, with amazing results. I received many compliments, including when out and about in NYC. One woman, a friend of a friend said "I love your hair; its Manhattan hair", Thank you!

Wendy is great at what she does. She has a passion for hair styles color and takes her time. Not to Mention the salon is beautiful and so clean. I was treated to some coffee with a great creamer. I still haven't made my rice lol. But you're great. Thank you for taking me back 10 years. And my daughter loves it here for color and cut ✂️ 💇‍♀️ cut. We will be back. Xo

Horrible !! I knew once I walked in with my daughter on Monday and we did not get a hello upon arrival. Staff had my daughter in tears on this very special day Prom night. The staff did not apologized and refused to refund my deposit . Unreal rude staff . Do not go there and all should boycott this salon. Please tell everyone !!!

I don't have anything bad to say at this salon. The co-owner and staff do amazing work as they are very friendly and hard workers. Very clean and worth every penny. 💈I have extremely curly hair and very damaged, I couldn't believe how I walked out of there. Nothing but complaints from my family and friends. Thank you Bella Salon.

I was highly disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I asked for a wash, cut and blowout and left with my hair feeling dingy and flat, so I ended up needing to re-wash and do my hair again when I got home before I had to go to other important plans. Considering how my hair looked and felt, I also found it ridiculous I was charged almost $60 for something I could have done myself. I know other salons who do more for a wash, cut and blowout and charge no more than half of what I spent here. I understand shops charge for what products are used to make up for what was lost, but all they used product-wise was shampoo and a spray, so I have no idea where that price came from from such a mediocre job.

If I could've afforded to pay them double I would've. I walked in with terrible blonde quarantine hair and walked out with exactly what I wanted. It was an uphill battle as I have very thick hair lol, but they did an incredible job.

Love this place!!!!. I believe her name is Wendy, first she gave me a free consultation, looked at my hair texture and gave me recommendations. Very professional and truly cares about her clients wants and needs. I was a little leary because i have extremely curly hair and most places ive gone to have either fried my head with a relaxer or I left with a style i didn't like. Not here!!! My girl did the best job I've ever had!! She recommended a Nanoplastia and oh my God ladies my hair looks amazing!!! Definitely recommend!! Thank you !!!

Please do not EVER go here. The owner and staff are very nice but extremely inexperienced! They butchered my hair and used bleach on extremely thin hair to correct their color mistake. Additionally, they charged me $500 for extensions from popcorn (poor quality extensions) and then completely fried them once they realized they ordered the wrong color. Please save your hair and your wallet and avoid this place. Very nice staff but extremely inexperienced
