DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FROM THEM! Highly Disappointed. Bought a groupon for Valentines day for 90 minute couples massage. Called Nicole and made the appointment, I did mention we had a groupon. She called the day before our appointment to let us know that she doesn't have any massage therapist available to do our massages. Was told to get a refund from groupon.

Got my first photo facial at Bella's today for broken capilries on my chest. I also did my face! She worked with me on the price and was very flexible. I gave five stars on how I was treated I felt very welcomed and comfortable. she was easy to talk to and very understanding. I'm not sure how well the treatment will work beings today is my first day. I'll let y'all know after I have a total of four on each area so fingers crossed but so far so good and I enjoyed my visit today!!!

I bought a groupon for three facials for about $100. I went once and never went back. I would rather be out the money then have to go through that experience ever again. It only lasted about 20 minutes. She left the solution that burns on my skin while she went out to speak with a man that came in after she began my treatment. I could hear everything they were saying...consisted of DUI stories and where to go to get the best deal when having a breathalyzer installed in your vehicle. She finally came back in to remove the acid off my face.... It was red and blistered for three days. She did not to any extractions or facial massage. So the entire experience was unprofessional on top of just being a lousy facial. My advice, spend the money for better quality, and go somewhere else. Your face will thank you.

If I could give negative stars - I would. Worst experience EVER. Actually there was no experience. I set up a couples massage last week for today. I was very easy to work with as far as letting them tell me when was best for them to set the appointment up. So we (my boyfriend and I) drove 25 minutes to get to our appointment and the doors are locked - no one here. So I called the owners cell number and she answered with a grumpy “hello.” When I told her, we are here for our appointment, she replied with “I have the flu.” Ummmm... I’m sorry... what!? How completely unprofessional & down right rude . I have been a manager of a couple spas myself and this would never, NEVER be acceptable behavior at any spa I have worked at. No apology. Just “I have the flu.” This was a part of the Valentines plans that I set up for my boyfriend and I and was looking forward to for over a week now. The owner proceeded to tell me about all the troubles that her business has had and that the “receptionist” was recently fired so they didn’t know where my number was to call me - although I had set the appointment up with the owner and she was the one who supposedly took my number down. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least. I’ve never in my life written a negative review. I cannot believe how poorly run this “business” is.

There were some negative reviews and I feel they were completely unmerited, I purchased a groupon and gave Bella's a try and I completely loved the service I received, will be back!

Love love love this place. The owner was extremely helpful and super nice making me feel right at home! My skin is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!!!
