came here for the first time today without having to make an appointment which was amazing!! bella ate DOWN on my hair she saw exactly my vision and came thru!! also the building and decor made the experience very comfortable definitely recommend!!

Ive been coming here for a couple months for massages and facials with Jessica, and she is absolutely amazing. I always feel refreshed after a visit. The pricing is also fair which helps with the relaxation without worrying how much damage itll do to your wallet. I recommend this salon to everyone. I have never been happier with a massage/ facial service

This was my second time visiting Belle Ame salon and, as per usual, it was a wonderful experience! Bella was the one who helped me both times and it always feels like she took the time to understand what hairstyle I’d like. Wonderful conversationalist, made the time go by so fast. I will always recommend this salon and I can’t wait to return for my next haircut! 🙂

I recently got my hair cut by Isabella. She smelled like arm pit. And did not cut my hair the way I wanted. It’s choppy and uneven. This is not the first time I went to Belle Salon to get my hair cut. And every time it’s an amateur who doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. And as they’re chopping off my hair unevenly, they basically try to pressure me into buying the shampoo and other products that they sell. I’m not interested. But they keep on. Also, I tip every time and I even tipped this time. However I feel they pressure me into tipping more than what my hair cut costs. What? And I know I’m going to get a reply if the owner or someone making excuses so please save it. Y’all are trash. Will never go back and also, I had to go to a better salon off stop 11 and Arlington to have them fix my hair which they did an awesome job.

So glad to have found this place! Kassie did a fantastic job at fixing a nightmare from a different hair salon, and made it look better 5han i could have ever hoped for! They even squeezed me in last minute. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Thank you all!!

It was ok. The stylist was very nice, I don’t think she had a lot of experience but you have to gain it somehow. My main issue is the set up of the establishment. The mirrors are so high you can’t see what is being done and I couldn’t see what my hair looked like until I got home, and wasn’t particularly pleased and I probably should have looked more closely at the salon but for over an hour for a trim, no styling - no use of even a round brush - I just wanted to go home .

The salon had a great atmosphere, very welcoming, and it felt super friendly. Kayla was very nice and we had a lot of conversations that felt like talking to family. I recommend going and I will definitely visit again!

I highly recommend Maria. Maria is very talented in coloring, cutting and styling hair. She has always made my vision for my hair come to life. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to as well which makes the entire hair appointment that much better. I highly recommend Maria if you want to do something fun or just keep it simple. She has the talent to do it! 10/10!

I was so nervous about going somewhere new to get my hair done today. Maria read my mind even though I couldn't articulate or give her a photo of what I wanted. She will have to post a before and after for you to truly see the magic she performed. I will be back many times to come. The place is inviting and I never felt like a stranger. The whole experience was fun and relaxing for this mom who rarely treats herself. Thank you so much ladies! You made my Spring Break special. 😊

I’ve been coming to Marissa for a while now, she is so much fun and I absolutely love my hair. I was not a regular salon goer before trying Belle Ame but Marissa just makes you feel so comfortable. She always makes sure you leave happy and confident. Going blonde is a true art form and she knows what she’s doing.

Scheduled an appointment for today for my birthday with a stylist to get a cut. The stylist texted me yesterday asking if I could push the time back by a half hour. I have a dinner I cannot miss at 5pm, but I agreed because things happen. Today I received yet another text asking for yet another half hour pushback to 2:45pm. I recieve this text at 12:30p., a hour and a half before the appointment was supposed to be. I was getting ready to come. In the end I had to cancel because it would make me miss my dinner time. Extremely unprofessional to do that. I can he accommodating to a certain degree, but not at the very last minute like that. Stylist then proceeded to ask twice if she could text when she got done. Again, I had plans, so I cannot work around her schedule like that. I told her no again. Unfortunately due to this I do not think I will be giving this place another chance. This was supposed to be my birthday gift to myself. Now I'm just disappointed in the poor planning that happened here. Thank you for reading.

Friendly staff. Love the "feel or vibe" of the salon. Clean, yet not sterile feeling like other salons. Comfortable seating withe a country chic atmosphere. Pricing to be expected for a SALON. I was spoken to horribly over the phone this past Tuesday when I called to cancel for an appointment the time I went prior was my first time and I was unaware of the cancellation policies and briefly explained this to the very rude woman who answered the phone. Regardless she replied with “well the past 5 patients have canceled their appointments just because they couldn’t show up ,so next time you come in you’ll have to pay double since my clients have lost money today”. Not only was it a ridiculous comment to make but it was said with such a rude attitude. All I said was “I apologize” before I was hung up on, but already knew I’d never go back again.
