I relocated to Seattle I was tasked with finding a hairdresser. I found Nancy and went to her based on her excellent reviews. For me, finding a hairdresser has always been challenging to for me to find. Nancy is a highly skilled hair stylist! She listens and will work with you and take time to listen to what it is you want, that is very important! Prices are on par with what is charged in the area and for the quality of service that is provided. I was asked who did my hair and I recommended Nancy!

Literally typing this review as I'm walking back home because Nancy is just that good!! She asked, listened, and executed my haircut wants perfectly and quickly (which I've found is especially rare when you have thicker and lots of hair). Super friendly and lovely stylist, not to mention her prices are amazing for this area and for the value. I'll be back!

Nancy has been cutting my hair for more than 6 years. She cuts my hair exactly as I describe, but is also willing to make suggestions when asked for them. Recently, she colored my hair. Because she knows her customers so well, I told her to choose the type of color application and the color. It is just perfect. In addition to her hair styling skills, Nancy is a kind and hard-working entrepreneur.

An easy 5.0. She was friendly, communicative, and had a fair price. Oh, and she did a wonderful job with my hair. I would happily return in the future. Plus, there was no wait time, although understandably, sometimes backups do occur. But my appointment was 1pm and we started exactly then. Very professional and very pleased with the results. Cheers! I’ve been going to Nancy for over 6 years to balayage my curls because I love what she does to my hair, how kind she is and how hard she works. I just went to her new location for the first time on Broadway and loved how light it was and that there was parking!

I lived on Capitol Hill more than 8 years. Two blocks east of Belle by Nancy. Shame I discovered her only a year ago. And since I am leaving Seattle soon I wanted to give her a public Thank You. I was going to expensive hair salons in downtown, pampering me with free coffee and I paying more than $100 for haircut. Until Covid hit and I did not want to drag my sedentary body to overpriced beauty salons. Nancy was a fresh air. Friendly, experienced, caring and making you feel your hair is in great hands. When somebody cuts your hair there is the primal check of either you are in the hands of someday experienced and confident or somebody who lacks the right strength and precision. Nancy made me feel she knows what I and my hair needs. Thank you Nancy!

I was so thrilled when I first found Nancy - let me tell you some of the reasons why: 1) she’s an incredible hairdresser, first of all. Super talented. 2) her prices are fair and reasonable for how good she is 3) she’ll always do her best to fit you in ASAP, even if you call last minute 4) she’s impressively fast - I have a lot of hair and am used to waiting a long time getting my hair done, but not with Nancy! Whether it’s cut or color, she gets my hair done, and done well in record time - and she can see 1 reference pic briefly and replicate it like it’s no problem 5) She never pushes product sales or future appointment bookings on you, as has been my experience with hairdressers in the past; she has product for sale and will make a recommendation or suggestion if you need one but I never feel pressured to make an additional purchase or commit to a future booking; she knows her work speaks for itself and her customers will keep coming back. Like me! I found her in 2019 and have been going to her ever since. I was legitimately sad I found her after I had gotten married because the hair color she’s been able to do for me is exactly what I wanted for my wedding but couldn’t get at the salon I used to go to. I don’t go to anyone but Nancy now for my hair needs. I continue to be impressed with her service, speed, and sweetness! She’s the best and my hair has never looked better. Nancy is the most perfect 3 P’s - price, precision, and a true professional. I’ve never been to a hair dresser who does such a good job so quickly, and at such a fair price. I’m used to hair cuts taking ages as I have a lot of hair, and Nancy is so fast, yet I’m impressed how great my hair comes out every time - she clearly knows what she’s doing and has been doing it a long time. I have become a regular with her since my first visit in 2019! I go to her for both hair cuts and the occasional demi-color. Highly recommend - she can always fit me in short notice and I leave looking great. She has also never pressured me to buy product or tried to upsell anything, which I really appreciate. I just wish I had found her sooner, she’s a gem!
