Professional environment. Staff was very friendly and kind. I had Botox and peel and she took her time to explain every thing. Am not gd remembering name but I believe her name start with M. She is let me understand the in and out of my peel and Botox. Highly recommended.

I highly suggest visiting Belle Vie in Hamburg. Every person is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They will work with your schedule. Andrea is an excellent injector. Love her! 5 stars all the way!

Proceed with caution when going here be very specific about what you want. I was here because I wanted to get my lips done and be a little more symmetrical in my face. I now spent almost 1k to look worse than before. The girl I had sounded like she knew what she was doing but did not do anything I asked. She didn’t do lip filler like I specified I wanted, instead she did a “different toxin” that I was told after “may not work” and it definitely didn’t at all, all it did was paralyze my lip. I have tried calling numerous times and they seem to never have any answers all they keep saying is “oh well I need to talk to the nurse, oh well we need pictures, oh we would have to see you in person” it’s just around and around… Then it’s “we would have to do a conference call” it’s absolutely ridiculous. They also will not give refunds so please make sure you are very clear and aware of what you want meaning know everything about injections and fillers, basically you need to also be the nurse in the room.
