I came to Phoenix to open up two hair salons. Since I didn’t want to purchase salon suites, I was in the market to rent a couple of them in a central locatoin. My business partner learned about Belle Vie from a friend, who said it offered incredible salon suite rental opportunities to entreprenuers like us. So, I contacted the owner and they set up an appointment for me to view the salon suites. I must say, I am beyond impressed with them! I think I will go ahead with the deal because they were incredible salon spaces!

What a gorgteous salon suite in Ahwatukee! It was the perfect place to open up the salon business I always wanted to open but never could afford to do so. But thanks to the low rental rates, I had the budget to start my salon business. The grand opening was last week and the outcome was superb! Dozens of new clients came to my salon and made appointments for the next six months! Wow! Thanks to Belle Vie for making this possible!

I had a nightmare renting from another salon studio location in Phoenix, I won't mention their name because I don't even like to type it. I moved over to Belle Vie and I can't believe how much better they are. It is like one big family, everyone takes care of each other. I can feel my creativity blossoming in this environment, it is night and day compared to my old spot.

Think twice before you rent here! they are always charging for add ons. The management team is never available on the weekends, and they dont really care about the people that they rent from there. Multiple people left from this location in less than a month. We only had bad encounters with the management team. I would love to talk to a hire up.

Belle Vie Salon Suite Rentals takes all the stress out of owning a salon. I used to own my brick and mortar hair salon and it was such a pain dealing with all the utilities and other costs. Now I don't have to worry about any of that, just putting all my focus to delivering an excellent service.

I have moved around to a few of Belle Vie Salons different salons across Phoenix. I have been at their Ahwatukee salon for the last 3 months and I absolutely love it, so do my clients (they are the most important anyways)

My business already rents a salon space at their Scottsdale location, but we just expanded and rented another salon suite from Belle Vie in Ahwatukee. If this location works out, I think we are going to open up 3rd at their Chandler spot. I love how they keep expanding. I hope to keep finding success and I will follow them wherever they go in Phoenix.

I walked in and there is no front reception or any counter of any kind if you follow the arrows to the main entrance. So, I walked further into the building and there was a group of women standing and talking in a room and none of them acknowledged me so I walked out to my car. I tried calling the phone number and nobody would speak to me. This isn’t baseball so 2 strikes is enough for me.

Belle Vie Salon Studios is the best option in Phoenix for salon suite rentals. I have tried a few other options but their customer service didn't come close to what Belle Vie offers.

I had a terrible experience owning my own salon in the past, the overhead was unbearable. Luckily a colleague recommended Belle Vie Salon Studios. They make having a salon easy, I can just rent out a suite and bring my clients in. They take care of all the headache.

They hung up on me for asking for an appointment for a girlfriend of mine at 5, and they close at 6. They could have said “sorry man, can’t.” But just hung up at the question. I am a repeat customer, so screw that. I was capable of paying you if you wanted!
