Welcome to Belle Vie Salon Studio rentals in Scottsdale, AZ. We want to spread beauty, independence, and confidence to you, our tenants, and your clients who walk into our doors. The founders of Belle Vie are also aesthetics and healthcare professionals with over 20 years of combined experiences, and we know what it takes to start and grow your own beauty and health businesses. We understand how nerve-racking experience it can be when you first start your own business. Our goal is to help beauty entrepreneurs to succeed in their businesses. Discover the top-end amenities included per suite: high-speed internet, 24hr security, luxurious lobby, restroom, and the Customer Cafe Lounge. The Belle Vie team always helps when I have any issues at my salon space. I rarely have any problems, but it makes my life so much less stressful to know they are only a phone call away.

I’ve been going to Dino to cut my hair for awhile now. He’s got his own studio, now! It’s a great place in Scottsdale, just off drink water. “Belle vie salon II”…Dino will make you look good.

I couldn't be more happy with the way my hair turned out. I highly recommend Eric Fotta. I felt cared for and pampered but most importantly walked away with a damn good haircut! Not to mention he is a master with the rolly brush if you're looking for a quick movie star blow dry!!!

Parking here is awful. The yoga studio takes up all the parking so I had to park on the other side of the Hyatt. Doesn't seem like 1 merchant should be able to commandeer all the parking

Belle Vie Salon studio was very clean, neat, and cute. Even though it was located on downtown Scottsdale, I did not have to worry about parking space. It was pleased experience at Belle Vie.

I like this salon studios. I am happy to get an access to get my service early morning or late evening anytime. The huge parking lot is helpful. It is good to have especially in downtown Scottsdale.

Belle Vie Salon Studios is one of the nicer salon studios in Scottsdale. They have an incredible location that attracts a very high-end clientele. I’ve spoken to a few of the businesses that rent space out of this location and many of them stated that their business is thriving and they really enjoy the level of care and support that the owners provide to their small business. I would highly recommend any hair stylists, manicurist, estheticians, or massage therapists to check out this location to see if they have any leasing options available. I think they were at 90% capacity when I visited. I also called the owners, who were very nice and they stated they were getting ready to open another Salon Studio location in Chandler, Arizona.

Had such a great experience here! I have had my eyelashes done elsewhere and they fell out fast, but these have lasted for me! I am super happy and will be returning! Thanks staff!

I come here twice a month as a client and it is always clean and maintenance team is so nice. The parking lot is large and it's nice that there are coffee shops that you can walk to while you wait for your appointment

I have been coming to the Belle Vie Studios for the past year to see Kelly and its always been a nice getaway. The facility is always spotless and I can trust the bathroom to be clean. Nice big parking lot for Old Town, easy to find a spot. Thankful to have found such a consistently nice, clean place.

My husband and I went to Belle Vie Salon Studios as I was looking for a new beautician. We were referred by friends and heard great things about this salon. We were not disappointed. If you are looking to get pampered for the day look no further. Very chic decor and many upscale amenities in downtown Scottsdale.

WOW! These suites are amazing! Easy to find. Prime location. I've been to suites like these before and this one by far is the BEST! It's very clean and people there are very friendly.
