She has a nice studio set up and is very friendly and kind. She is an awesome barber. She does a great job with natural hair, haircuts for black women. My friend and I both go here. We both have natural Afros. She keeps us both looking amazing.

Got a silk press and trim. If you’re looking for a great salon I highly recommend Bellessence. Tammie handled my hair with care. She is very experienced and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her work.

I had great experiences every time I went. Tammie is very knowledgeable in her area of work and give me great advice on my hair and in a short time I am seeing results. She is friendly yet professional and it’s a great atmosphere to spend a few hours/ minutes in. I would definitely recommend this place.

As a man with thick curly hair it can be very difficult to find someone with capable hands. Tammy does great work. She's professional, friendly, and efficient. I'll be back!

Bad experience. Doing multiple peoples hair at 1 time. Left hair dye into long to the point I broke out. Didn’t clean or sanitize clipper. She has experience just rused

Haircut rushed and not done what was asked. Cut my hair just to cut my hair no style for thirty dollars. Kids and the dog up and down the stairs.

I've been to this salon more than once. My hair is always on point and Tammy is always professional. Her pricing is also great. I don't go to anyone out in this area to get my natural hair done.

Tammie can do all types of things to bring your hair back to life. She will hand wash, cut, and dye your hair. She can do basic braid styles, typically the ones for wig installations and re-twist dreads.

I looked up where to get a silk press on Google & this was the top result with 5 stars. I’ve never had anyone touch my hair outside of myself + family but after reading reviews and the impressive rating I took a chance on Bellessence Salon LLC—and I did not regret it. I loved my experience. Tammy is very comforting, professional, and empathetic. Based on my hair outcome & and our conversation I really felt like she is someone who takes pride in what she does—and therefore will take pride in how you leave her establishment. My hair was properly washed, cut, and pressed. It feels weightless, soft, healthy & stronger. I also enjoyed the neck & shoulder massage thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend and will return!

I made a couple of mistakes when making my appointment online so Tammy was caught off guard. However because she’s a pro at what she does she made it work. And I have received nothing but compliments on my hair. I love my box braids and I’m looking forward to visiting with Tammy again.

I’m new to the area and wanted to see about getting a haircut. When I googled ‘black owned hair salons’ Bellessence was the first to pop up with 4 star reviews! I took a chance and scheduled my appointment. We talked briefly a few days before my appointment and on the day of, I was stood up. Everyone spoke highly about Tammy’s professionalism and great work but I didn’t get to experience that with her. I’m disappointed that this was my first experience because I was really excited to check her out. I texted and called her and received no response. I was left confused and a little upset. All in all, I hope no one experiences what I experienced. -J

It was definitely time for my 17 month old to have his first cut! I was nervous about how he would handle the noise and the feeling....didn’t think he’d sit still. Well, he didn’t sit still and he was nervous but Tammie did an amazing job! She was quick and soothing while he was wiggling about. She was also helpful in giving me advice about products to use on his tight curls. He looks SO handsome. We will be going to her from now on. Highly recommended!
