I am disappointed in the services here. Pedicure was not as described on their menu (no hot towel). Neither the mani nor pedi included any soaking of my nails before trimming, which I have never had happen before at any other nail salon, so that was new and disappointing. To remove my acrylic nails, I spent 50 mins ( yes, really 50. I checked the time when it started) with my hands wrapped, and still not all of the fake nails were removed. The cuts on some of my nails were done at an angle. The staff were pleasant and polite. Great people, not great experience.

At my wife’s suggestion I started getting monthly pedicures. Always enjoy the quality service and great conversation. Highly recommend Bellezza for your personal care.

I highly recommend Jenny. My daughter’s and I have been going to Jenny for hair cuts, highlights and styling for 3 years now. She does an amazing job and is such a nice person and joy to be around.

Called ahead with a friend to get a soak off and fresh polygel set. The older woman doing our nails was consistently rude and belittling. She was super rough with my natural nails and they ended up being way shorter then I wanted and not the proper shape. She doesn’t use actual polygel, but used building gel on my nails which was not what I wanted. They are uneven, way to thick, shorter then I wanted, not almond shaped, and I have drips of polish on the back of my nail. She didn’t fix up my cuticles. She also didn’t use a base coat or top coat for my gel polish. For $60??? Absolutely unbelievable. Please save your money, time and patience.

Horrible place that Vietnamese stylist chose to argue with me and ruin my hair and charge more than the 10 minute bad cut warranted! Please listen to me & do not go here! I only went here due to location & need but will eternally regret it. Now I know why I never saw customers here! Stay away!!!!

This establishment excels in customer service, and accommodating their customers' needs. This place is co-located to Pizza Hut and Valero. Their stylists are very acute and methodical with expertise. I highly recommend this place. Even if you don't need a real haircut, but stressed out, you can stop by and get a trim and let the serene ambient environment heal your soul.

Went in for a kids cut and this is what we walked out with. Asked to get back in that day and they could not fit my daughter in. This is an embarrassment that they would even let a client walk out looking this way!!!!! I will never recommend this place nor will I ever go back. I had her hair fixed at a different salon and it looks beautiful.

Worst experience EVER ❌❌!!!! The older lady did the “first part” of the manicure. It was pretty rough, she was pushing too hard with the cuticle trimmer to the point that is was hurting, the towels she had under my hands were dirty and the other material she used looked nasty Then she waxed my eyebrows…. I had asked her to ONLY clean it and do light touch… but she omitted this and went full rogue; she left me with very thin eyebrows. It looks terrible and uneven. I immediately reacted and complained, but she didn’t wanted to accepted it and apologized; instead she argued with me and said “just paint it” “there is nothing we can do” Really?!?!?! Oh! But she asked me to pay $20 because of the initial manicure work without nail polish. The worst customer service, absolutely TERRIBLE! Not coming back, first and LAST time. Save your money and save your eyebrows!!! ❌❌
