I highly recommend bellibelli salon! Lina and her associate did an amazing job with my hair even though I did a box dye before it turns out the way that I wanted it was perfect! my hair did not get damaged and still stay soft and healthy. I’m a first time client, will definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been coming to Gloria at Belli Belli for about 5 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else! Gloria is incredible at cutting my bob and always gives the best back massage when washing my hair.

Lots of stylists so way easier to get an appointment than most places. Stylists charge based on experience but the decor, products and staff are all a really great experience.

Sandy acts like a queen around here! So disappointing that you pay top dollar for her - yet everyone but her is basically touching your hair. She acts like a queen around here - with all of her rules and obnoxious guidelines and double booking clients and having them wait for her. She is rude, inattentive and is diluting the entire customer experience. My girlfriend came here to get her highlights on a couple of weeks ago and she paid top dollar for Sandy yet her assistants were the one doing her hair and messed it up so badly! Don’t see Sandy! She’s absolutely obnoxious and rude! It’s her way or no way! And she’s not even all that great! And she treats her assistants like garbage and they don’t even have a voice of their own. Not too mention they aren’t even that well trained by her. Sandy is simply after the money! She doesn’t care about quality, a good experience or making sure you’re feeling and looking your best! She sucks!

Super disappointed in my overall experience here at Belli Belli. I cannot believe the amount of money I just had to spend and the experience/outcome I had. First I paid $337 for full highlights + root shadow, olaplex treatment & cut. The before picture is me in the flannel, the after is in the black sweatshirt & the 2 others were my inspiration photos. I feel like my hair looks no different and I just shelled over a ton of money. I specifically asked for icy blonde not warm blonde because I don’t like the honey look. I have been getting my hair highlighted for years & I’ve always been told my hair pulls very nicely. I’m not seeing any resemblance to the inspiration photos at all and my hair has definitely looked like that in the past. The experience: I rescheduled my appointment from Friday to a Thursday and she said yes of course! I get there, she’s 15 minutes late to seat me (no big deal), then seats me and says she will be right back and I sat in the chair for almost 45 minutes!!!! Next she’s doing my foils and she brings in an assistant to help her put foils in my hair (fine) until I just hear my main stylist asking the other girl if she’s ready to be on her own and she’s going on and on about how she doesn’t know how to do this technique and isn’t good at this and basically saying how much she doesn’t know. Then my main stylist checked her work and I literally hear her say “oh I forgot to tell you to do brick lay, haha oops! Make sure you put one in the middle and just do it this way for the rest of the way up” so I clearly hear her say how she messed up. Then after I get shampooed my hair is tangled and my stylist is shaking (in anger or frustration is seems like?) and saying “see how your hair is nice for like 2 inches then how it’s just a tangled MESS?!” And felt like she was interrogating me on which products I use and how my water filter at my house clearly needs maintenance for how damaged my hair is???!” Then when she brushed it just left me with another girl to blow dry my hair. I tipped 10% because I felt embarrassed to walk away and not tip. But this is the worst service I have ever received at a salon and the most I have ever paid, to literally look the same and be talked down to. Terrible.

I walked in to make an appointment but was delighted they had a stylist available immediately! I am so happy to have pounced on the opportunity. I was seated with Erin and wanted to fix color grow out and refresh with a cut. Erin was awesome! She was sure to ask about all aspects of my hair, precious care, general maintenance. She nailed the cut perfectly and did so within my wishes of length while addressing my concerns. I was extremely happy with how the tone over my platinum looked and left the salon feeling like a million bucks. I can’t recall the wonderful assistants names (so sorry) who helped blow dry my hair and shampooed my hair but every staff member i interacted with was simply sweet and kind. I enjoyed the energy of the salon but more importantly the pricing was right! I appreciated the immediate disclosure of explaining the leveling and pricing systems, allowing me to choose my budget commensurate to the stylist/level/experience. As a PB local, the pricing is wonderfully affordable for the high quality service. I’ll be back to visit Erin for touch ups. Thank you Belli Belli, I have been so happy with my refreshed look and my experience at a new salon!

I had such a great experience at Belli Belli! I'm new to the area and was definitely nervous finding a hair stylist, but when I called to ask the questions I had the receptionist was so helpful and navigating who I should work with. I went with Jasmine and she gave me the best haircut I think I've ever had!! We had a thorough consultation, and I loved how at the beginning before diving into my hair she went over pricing with me too. I didn't realize how badly ! needed my hair done until I saw the before and after; it genuinely took my breath away in the best way. I would highly recommend both the salon for how they made me feel as a new customer, and Jasmine!! Definitely will be back :)

I had the most devastating and traumatizing haircut experience ever. I went with super long hair below my waist, and was seen by Lovely, and told her I wanted to cut 3 to 4 inches, I even said let’s start with 3 and if needed we can to to 4, and I showed her a bunch of long layers pictures, and told her I wanted that. Omg!! She put my hair in 3 pony tails and chopped 10- 12 inches off. I suddenly panicked and went into state of shock. I told her that I never wanted this much off, I came in to get 3 inches off with adding some layers. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing for her mistake, she put the whole blame on me and said I wanted this much off. I said I showed her pics of long layers, and showed her how short she cut my hair, and she kept blaming me. Then, the director of Belli Belli salon came and blamed me as well, and she told me to let Lovely fix the ends to make it even, but since they cut so much, it’s better to not layers as it will be shorter. So Lovely didn’t even add layers, for which I had gone for. I was left with a horrible ugly haircut and they took 10-12 inches of my hair. Afterwards, Lovely said, “I thought you wanted to donate your hair that’s why you wanted a haircut.” I was shocked. I never even mentioned to donate my hair. I didn’t even talk about donating. I went to get 3 inches off the length with adding long layers. I told her no, I never even talked about donating my hair. She didn’t even apologize. It gets worst, she actually has the audacity to tell to my face that now her hair is much longer than mine, I asked her how long, she says upto her waist. I remain there silent, in rage, sad, upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I was extremely upset, so upset that I held my tears. I paid her $100 and left. For one whole week, I had horrible nightmares about my hair and how long it was, and how short and ugly it is now. I would see my pictures and the emotions of sadness, upset, frustration, disappointment would rush over me. This happened for a week until my husband said let’s go and talk to them for why they did this. My husband and I went there and spoke with them. Unfortunately, Lovely wasn’t in. And the girls at the receptionist said we will either refund you or fix your hair. So I saw Daniel, and she tried to fix my hair, she gave face framing so now it’s slightly better. But it’s not as near as a good layers. She tried her best, so that was nice. But the hairstylists at Belli Belli suck at their jobs, they don’t even know how to give a good haircut, they don’t even know how to do layers. The hairstylists there say to get the layers style, you have to blow dry and curl the hair. That’s not true. If the hair is cut in a proper layers style, you don’t need excessive heat and blow drying to give style, it will naturally fall and flow into layers style. I still have nightmares about my hair to this day. Overall, the hairstylists here at Belli Belli do NOT know how to cut hair especially long hair. Beware!!!!!!! Stay away from them, especially if you have long hair, they will cut all your hair, either for selling your hair or making them extensions.

I personally want to thank you. My wife and I were in town for a long weekend. She had just got her hair done before we left home and was really disappointed in how in came out. Found you through a Google search. She had such a great experience. Sorry she doesn't remember the name of the stylist. Her being so happy with how you took care of her made our whole time here here so much better.

This is the best hair salon in San Diego! Jackie (who is no longer there) did an amazing job and I found Chloe by booking a service and she is also so amazing - she listened to what I wanted and she worked with me and did a great job! Highly recommend her :)

I recently moved here from out of town and was in search of a new hairdresser. I went to Belli Belli today for the very first time and had scheduled an appointment with Alyssa after seeing her work on instagram. She did not disappoint! She listened to what I wanted and she delivered exactly that. My hair feels and looks so healthy from this treatment she did as well. On top of that, she is incredibly sweet. Already booked my next appointment with her! :)

Just went back after 5 or 6 fairly good visits, and had my worst cut of the decade. Normally I don't post bad reviews, but this time I had to. I asked for a trim for before our family's international trip. My hair was 3-4 inches past my shoulders. All that was available was a level 2 technician. Knowing their training program there, I thought I'd be safe for a trim. Instead, I got "the rachel" as the stylist put it - once she was done. Not what I asked for by any stretch. I tried to have faith and patience while she worked, but as she kept going, it got worse. The "trim" lasted 90 minutes without wash or dry. I tried to be optimistic the 1st 3 days of the trip but had to wear it in a low pony tail with a clip to hide how bad it was. Two days ago, I ended up finding a nice salon at our international destination to fix it. I now have above shoulder length hair.

This is very overdue review for Belli Belli and particularly my stylist Erin. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, always have a good experience at the front desk as well. I came to see Erin in December 2021 after my hair had been severely damaged by my prior stylist, and she is just the best. My hair has gotten soo much healthier under her care, AND my color and extensions always look flawless! She has a special talent for blonding but also cares about the integrity of your hair, and is realistic about the outcomes you can achieve. Highly recommend especially for extensions and blondes, I won’t let anyone else touch mine now.

My daughter and I booked a first time visit with Bebes and it was AMAZING. She asked all the right questions and did a fantastic job! As first time guests they gave us cute little bags that made us feel welcome! We forgot to use our first time discount- which is such a great bonus if you are new! But Bebes deserved the extra anyway. If you are looking for a new stylist- head over to Belli Belli and ask for Bebes!

Jasmine is so knowledgeable when it comes to hair, whether blonde or brunette. She’s also the most efficient hair stylist I ever had! The salon has qualified stylists, but there isn’t a personal feel to this place—and it is very expensive with a lot of add-ons. I had an appointment scheduled before I went out of town for a wedding. I called a few weeks before to change the time only to find out that my stylist no longer works there. NO ONE notified me that I no longer had an appointment. I never delete my voicemails or missed calls, so I checked before writing this. I would expect a salon that charges this much money would be more respectful of their clients and at least make sure to notify clients if an appointment is cancelled. Very disappointed

Love it here!! I got my hair cut by Carryn. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and everyone else around was so nice as well. I'm new to San Diego so finding the right spot for your hair is important, and I am so glad I went to this place. Definitely recommend for any hair needs!!

I had an amazing experience here! I got a haircut and blow out and it was the first time in years I’ve been happy with my hair! I would recommend Sandy and Cecilia to everyone coming here! These two are amazing ladies who’ve perfected the craft of hairdressing and can achieve the look of your dreams!
