Today I celebrated my birthday, and I can't thank Vivian and Yanet enough for making it an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a truly relaxing and enjoyable day. The massage was top-notch, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Every aspect of my visit was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and exceptional experience. Thank you, Vivian and Yanet, for making my birthday so special!

Be aware that this spa used to have a location in Kendall, that location is now closed. I was never told about this during the booking of the appointment, confirmation of the appointment or any text, it was not until the day of the appointment that I realized about this. How simple will be to mention this in your ads or in your social media but yet again it is so much you can ask from a business that instead of growing it is actually shrinking. Anyhow, things always happen for a reason, I was able to booked a new appointment in a different spa, they not only gave me priority but the lady that booked my appointment was able to sold me a package of services that i'm pretty sure the other spa would have love to sold to me… your lost and my winning

Very personalized and professional experience! From the time we initially booked the massage all the way until after the two masseuses finished with me and my husbands. Was 100 percent worth the cost! Loved the sweet note at the very end. They gave above and beyond! Go a bit early to complete your paper work. 😊

Terrible Experience. I purchased from Groupon A couple 60min deep tissue ,Foot scrub, wine and fruit. First thing we had to wait over 30 mins from our scheduled time , while we were waiting we didn’t get our wine and fruit until after the 60 min massage even after the massage I had to remind the receptionist. Second thing there was a lady and a male massuse , the lady had the flu and didn’t have on a mask .Which had the audacity to transfer the flu to me . Last thing during the duration of the 60 minute massage she walked out the room over 4 times . Which takes minutes away from my massage . And she was very ROUGH , she had nails on which made my massage uncomfortable. I would never go back to the Kendall location .

This was my first time getting a massage with Bellisima and was very pleased. I scheduled my sister in law and myself for a Deep tissue massage. She had never had a professional massage and it was a wonderful experience. Both massage therapists were very accommodating and made sure we were pleased with the pressure given while performing massage. It was an awesome & wonderful experience. I would recommend to all my family & friends!!!

Unfortunately 2 starts bc my massage and foot scrub was in total 45 min (advertised 60 minutes!). Believe it or not, I politely asked them why so short and they said because they start counting from the time you get there and start filling out the form :O and she said "if you feel good that's what matters".. ---------- 2 estrellas porque el servicio publicitado de 60 min duró un total de 45 min (contado por reloj). Les pregunté amablemente que por qué tan corto y me dijeron que ellos empiezan a contar desde que llegas y llenas la planilla (!) y que si yo me sentía bien eso era lo que importaba :/

My fiancé and I received a couples massage for his birthday. They made him feel extra special, decorated the room with a happy birthday banner and sang him happy birthday. They were extremely friendly, accommodating and considerate. Plus the massage was AMAZING! Highly recommend.

The ladies were very nice and friendly! The spa is very clean, neat, and organized. I love how the room was decorated for my birthday. The cupcake and wine was delicious! Thank you so much Andrea, Elizabeth, and Esmeralda! You ladies really know how to treat your customers, and you all have great customer service skills. Elizabeth and Esmeralda did a wonderful job providing my mom and I with relaxing massages!

The technician totally messed up my face and the owner Maria refused to help me unless I paid another 375.00 for a different type of plasma treatment. She scared my face and the office manager offer vitamin C to help regenerate the skin she scrapped off but Maria refused to provide it. Instead after waiting for an hour I had to go meet with her at another location just so she can try to sell me sun block and more expensive treatment for condition her technician caused. Maria’s response here is bs she had the opportunity to help me because I went twice for them to look at the damage and sent her pictures from the day my face showed bruises

What a little hidden gem. This place smells amazing when you walk in, the staff is friendly and it has a nice atmosphere. I went in for a lymphatic massage with Vivian, who was excellent! Her hands were truly magical. I will be going back for other services and to continue my massages.
