I love this place! Dr. Bello and his team are wonderful people full of knowledge and impeccable customer care. My botox is always perfectly done, looking smooth yet natural. My facials are so relaxing ontop of my skin looking fresh. Truly a gem here in Knoxville and my go-to place!

Always the best! I have tried other places in Knoxville, including the supposedly best for botox and no one comes close to Dr Bello. I've seen him multiple times and he never fails me. He's professional, great communicating skills, experienced, and knows exactly what you need. He doesn't push thousands of dollars of procedures on you, he only does exactly what you need! If you truly want the BEST injector in Knoxville then honestly you'd be crazy not to make an appointment with Dr Bello and get your best face forward! Thank you for always treating your patients with respect and like family! You all are the absolute best!!!!!

I’ve been getting Botox in my masseters for two years now and after moving to this area I was trying to find someone that I could trust. I met Dr. Bello today after finding him on google and he was truly the best! He was so humble and you can tell he cares about his patients and is a true perfectionist. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to find a good doctor trained in Botox/fillers/etc. I will definitely be going back here for future treatments (and I had to drive two hours to get to his office!)

Hands down the best place to get Botox! He know exactly what he is doing! I've had Botox at different places before and it's a huge difference, he knew how to manipulate a certain muscle to do a certain thing the other place could not do. Not to mention it's a lot less painful because he actually numbs the area first. And he is an actual medical doctor. The only one in Knoxville. I am so critical of myself but dr bello spent quality time to come up with a customized plan to fit just me. All I can say is WOW! My results are amazing! I had Botox in my forehead, filler in both cheeks, lips and chin and I actually feel pretty. I will share my Before and after photos when I get them because seeing is believing

My husband and I came in for some botox this morning and Dr. Bello made everything so easy and relaxing! Getting botox is typically stressful for me because I have a very low pain tolerance but Dr. Bello made it completely pain and stress free! Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
