Very bad bad services. I called in to make appointment for my son with Ben. The front desk confirmed the appointment with Ben. But when my son came for the haircut appointment with Ben, they gave him to another old lady. They cheated, Ben was there but gave my son to an old lady. Ben salon isn’t a place to have any services. I do not recommend. Unfriendly and rude. Don’t do what customers wanted. My son was 15 years old so they think they can cheated him. Very very regret use Ben Salon services. Do not come here.

Very unfriendly staff walked in to get my hair colored and cut but as I was talking to the man about what I wanted there was 2 other hairstylist standing around me and making faces towards me like they had a attitude or problem with what I wanted, just staring at me in a very weird way. I felt very uncomfortable. On top of that they were trying to charge me $250 just to bleach and color the bottom of my hair without a cut involved definitely would not recommend!

Got a hot perm and it’s only been a day, but I like it! Hair doesn’t feel crunchy or damaged, and Ben fit me in despite closing soon, so I am grateful. The hair wash was very thorough and relaxing, and Ben discussed with me my desired look. Am pleased with the size of curls, despite being worried at first they’d come out looking small because of the size of the rods. In total, it took about 2.5 hours. Great perm service!

BEN, Ben, Beeeeeeennnn!!! My spirit just told me you would slay this hair cut and you just blew me away. He is a master hair designer and his cute and cozy shop is tucked away in an international shopping plaza. The wash lady just put me to sleep with her very relaxing and thorough shampoo regiment. Then here comes Ben and his razors and magic scissors and just effortlessly turns my overgrown bob into a work of art in less than 20 minutes. He silk pressed me and sent me on my way and now I have to come see him all the way from Dallas, TX and I'm not even batting an eye about it. This salon is a must for hair design. I shall be back!!! Amazing work and service 👏 🙌🏾 👌🏾

I came here several weeks ago & was interested in getting a wolfcut since the website included that that was one of the hairstyles they specialized in providing; I assumed all hairstylists would know how to do this haircut but I was wrong :( I got a completely different haircut & even had to instruct the hairstylist and show her the picture multiple times through the process. $60+ down the drain 😔

Quán rất đẹp chủ rất nice, mọi người rất tốt luôn nhưng chủ yếu làm cho phụ nữ nhiều hơn nam nên khi mình cắt tóc nam thì không được đẹp so với giá ($35/n) rất hạn chế kiểu của nam. Nếu ai là nam cần cắt thì không nên cắt chổ này. Mọi thứ đều ok không được xếp hàng không cần đợi giá hơi chua so với kiểu cắt

Very good place to get gorgeous hair. I have very thin hair, never thought I could get such a nice cut on my hair. This was my first time, I will surely go their every next time💓😍🥰

I’ve gotten a haircut twice here now, amazing work! I wanted a trim and layers, and each time came out way better than I could have hoped. I have high standards and normally leave with some criticism or critique— not here! Ben and his assistants are incredibly skilled and professional. Highly recommend going here!

I walked out unhappy with my hair. I spend over $300.00 for one tone color. I wanted full bright blond but the hairstylist constantly pushing me into the dark hair colors. Saying he will custom 3D color for me. I told him I want to covered up my white hairs. Still he constantly pushes me into the dark hair colors. Extremely upset and unhappy.

Ben is really good at what he does. When i went it I was greeted with enthusiasm and a big smile. Money well spent and just as good as my personal barber. Will definitely be coming again.
