Love Ms Carolina! Warm, friendly, and knows her stuff. She is honest, too! Doesn't try to sell you stuff that won't benefit your needs. I hope ULTA knows that they have something good going on with her. It is not every day that you find a diamond amongst the ruff.

Visited about a week and a half ago for brow lamination and shape. Carolina their Arch expert did an amazing job! It was my first time having them done. She thoroughly explained the process and we had a great conversation.

Carolina is so sweet and did such an amazing job on my brows. It was my first time getting my brows waxed and tinted since I normally do threading but I will definitely be switching to waxing thanks to Carolina! Overall it was such a great first experience and I’ll definitely be going back to Carolina more often :)

I had my brows waxed today for the first time in a very long time by Carolina and she is the sweetest person! She did an amazing job on my brows and I couldn’t be happier. I was really nervous before going because it had been so long but she instantly made me feel comfortable. . She takes her time and you can tell she has pride in her work. In the past whenever I would get them done I would have to go home a still tweeze them a bit but I did not need to do that today. I will definitely be back! Thank you Carolina!

Carolina is the best!! I am SO happy with my eyebrows!! I am a perfectionist and very detail oriented and Carolina does a fantastic job, even when she was in excruciating pain! I offered to stop and come back another day but she insisted on finishing. Then she called me to follow up to see how I liked my eyebrows. Who does that? So happy and will be coming back!

I had my first brow and lip wax with Carolina and she was fantastic!! I’ve had this service done at another place for years and just decided to give the brow bar at Ulta a chance and I’m glad I did! I absolutely LOVED Carolina! She was so sweet and explained everything so thoroughly. She kept me at ease as I was a little nervous since it was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed after years of doing threading. She kept the pain to a minimal and distracted me with the conversations and had me laughing most of this visit! I had trouble finding someone to do my eyebrows the way I want them and she got it right on my first visit! From the eyebrow mapping to the actual waxing she was amazing all around!! I will definitely be seeing her in the near future and also for any future events that may come up. I know Carolina will have me looking my best!

Carolina helped me from the minute that I arrived at Ulta. She patiently helped me find the make up that I wanted. She, also, did a great job on waxing and tenting my eyebrows. This was my first time to have the tenting done and I highly recommend her.

There’s a reason everyone raves about Carolina…she’s amazing at what she does! Had my brows laminated and tinted for the first time, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with both the process and outcome.
