What a great salon! I found this awesome Aveda salon while working in the Cincinnati area this fall season. The staff are so pleasant. Maggie was my stylist and she did an amazing haircut and style for me twice while I was in town. I recommend this cute salon if you're in the Cincy area.

I called last minute to see if they could fit me in. I really appreciate Aveda products being sustainable and vegan, so I wanted to check this place out. I've been hesitant to visit a location for awhile because of the price. However, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine hair cut. The stylist was eager to help me find a look that made me feel comfortable wearing it on the day to day. I felt like conversation was relevant throughout my visit. I did not have to wait upon arrival. I tried to book online and the website wouldn't work, but they promptly emailed me back, so I insist on this contact method. Sometimes they don't answer the phone.

I have always had a great experience at Benefit Salon. I have visited many of the ladies who work here and they've done a great job. I have gone to Benefit Salon for haircuts, colors, and extensions. They always make me feel comfortable with whatever style I am getting done and if I have ever had any issues, they are quick to fix it. Some of my favorite ladies at the salon are Gracie, Taylor, Kat, and Shelby! They always remember our past conversations about life when I am sitting in their chair and have amazing talent across the board! 5 stars for sure for Benefit! Also love the atmosphere!

I’ve been going to Benefit for over a year now and this by far has been the best salon i’ve been too! I see Maddie for my platinum blonde and she is so sweet and always does such an amazing job!! The whole staff at Benefit is great as well! This salon has become my forever salon!

I LOVE TAYLOR! She’s been taking great care of my hair for over a year and she’s fantastic! She’s SO GREAT with color, and she has helped me gradually update my hairstyle from plain to YAY! She’s really nice and very talented! Highly recommend!

I am so thankful that I found Benefit Salon, and more importantly, Shelby from Benefit! My hair has been on a crazy journey and I have been seeing Shelby for a little over a year. When I tell you she rescued my hair, I am not exaggerating. I started seeing Shelby after I went to a different salon that hires recent graduates to style and fix your hair. My normal stylist had to cancel her appointment, so I made a last minute appointment at the salon with newer grads so that I could still get my services done for an event. I ended up with bright red hair, money pieces I did not want and I was devastated as I only got the appointment because I had an event. After my event, I made another appointment with this new grad and in her attempt to "fix" my hair, ended up making half of my head grey and black. How? I have no idea - but just in case you don't believe me I have attached pictures. I was incredibly upset and it was my mother who sent me Shelby's contact info. I didn't even call the salon to get scheduled, I sent Shelby pictures and she was so nice about getting me scheduled to see her as soon as I could. Once I was in her chair, she noticed I had a lot of issues from the previous stylist (new grad salon) and I had random blocks of color all over my head. Because my appointments were so close together, she had to be careful because she didn't want to fry my hair. But after one appointment - it already looked SO much better! Since that day - I give Shelby full reign to do what she thinks would look best with my hair. I have so much fun experimenting with highlights, lowlights, and even got some fun rose gold in my hair just because I felt like it! I mentioned that I wanted longer hair and we discussed extensions - and they were AWESOME! I love how she styles my hair and I genuinely look forward to seeing her and everyone at Benefit every 4-5 weeks. I have attached photos with captions so you can clearly see what I am talking about. Shelby if you read this - I owe you. Thank you for working your magic and fixing my hair! You are magnificent!

I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Maggie was phenomenal and fixed my hair! She took the time to do a thorough consultation and got my hair to exactly how I wanted it! I am so happy with how it turned out. She does a fantastic job at making you feel comfortable and making the appointment a great experience. Seriously, book with her. She is magic.

Had high expectations due to reading reviews scheduled a hair appointment when I arrived I was notified that because I was 7 minutes late my stylist would not be able to do my full service I requested my roots to be bleached and all over foil and a toner also specified over the phone I was looking for someone who was a blonde specialist they made me wait 10 minutes before I even sat down which is an oxymoron being that they just told me that they couldn't do my full service because I was late however they made me wait then after getting in the chair I showed my stylist picture was very clear on how I wanted it to look 3 hours later $160 gone I left exactly the way I came in I looked no different they scheduled appointments too closely together they don't listen to clients they don't do what was requested and then expect you to pay for services I told them money was no issue when it came to getting done what I wanted was he even willing to tip the stylist $100 because of my time constraint I had gone out of my way to make sure that I had a babysitter I am limited on time highly disappointed in my experience lost future potential of clients I would have brought my daughter back my sister my friend and my mother and kept coming back myself however they did not meet any expectations very disappointed first hair salon in my life I've ever walked out and been that disappointed the reason I came was because my normal hair salon had been booked if you'd like to get absolutely nothing of what you asked for and still have to pay for it this would be the place

I felt pampered the entire time. Maddie was prompt for my appointment. Spent a sufficient amount of time for my consultation to ensure she understood what I wanted and executed exactly on that. So happy to have found her!

Maddie was super friendly and professional. She listened to me and made sure I was comfortable. She knew what she was doing and she was having fun doing it! The staff was also friendly. The aesthetic is tasteful and relaxing. I will comeback

Stylist was knowledgeable of curly hair. I didn't have to direct her because she knew exactly what to do. Also did a very good job with my color touch up, matching colors, even though she had not done my color in the past - again without any direction from me.

I like Benefit salon a lot. I like that you can easily book appointments online, and they have so many stylists working at a time that I can usually get a last minute appointment as well. I’ve had Cat the last few times and she has done a great job every time! Very friendly and personable.

I recently moved here after having the same stylist for almost a decade; I was so nervous to try someone new! Elizabeth did a beautiful job on my thick, wavy hair. Everyone in the salon was friendly and I left so happy! 10/10 would recommend!

I went to Benefit Salon for the first time because I had met Jocelyn (owner) a month ago. It's an Aveda salon. I selected Cat to give me a haircut & blowout with adding a few curls for a wedding I was attending! She is super talented. She also waxed & tinted my eyebrows. As you can see from the pics, the cut & style are fabulous & the brows. Loved the salon, Cat, & all the girls were so sweet!

My extensions were so bad. I got them done and my husband was even saying “babe, they look so bad, you cannot wear those to the wedding.” I wrote the stylist and came in a day or two later and she said “it’s how you are styling it” “tease more” “use more product” when in reality the consultation she did was horrible and my hair was too fine for these. I ended up going home and almost cried and then used pliers with my sisters help to take them all out myself. The girls here are not trained enough to be doing thousand dollar services, ESPECIALLY FOR weddings. This was a two years ago but when people talk about extensions I still explicitly tell them to avoid this place and my sister is getting married soon and she said I should leave a review even tho it’s been a while bc she’s been reading reviews looking for extensions for her wedding and said I could really save someone a lot of money and sadness! Friendly staff and no wait time once arrived. My stylist, Cat, was very sweet and accommodating. She did such a great job and talked through everything she was doing and was very friendly during my appointment. I love the way my hair turned out and I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Benefit for 7 years now, and the outcome of my services and experiences upon every visit only continue to get better over time! Jocelyn and her team are absolutely exceptional. As a blonde, it is hard to find the right person to do the job well, let alone an entire salon of colorists available in the case your go-to colorist isn’t available if in a crunch! I highly recommend Benefit and all they have to offer.
