Charged way to much money for cornrows, didn’t even take her time or put any holding cream or spray when she was done, looked like I had them in for a week or two already

Had the pleasure of a first time braiding experience and I will definitely be coming back. The stylist will start your hair, and allow you to look at it, and see if it's what you like, if so, they ask for payment and complete your style. There is a huge sign posted that states exactly that. They were all friendly, professional, fast, and good. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I asked for boxed braids one styles started and stopped and and 30 minutes later someone came and started again and then it was two on my head both of them was pulling and braiding so tight that I wanted to really punch bout oh them in their face I got in at 11:00 am and they finally got done like 7:00 pm I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THis place

The first time I came to get my hair done, I was completely satisfied with my hair and the friendliness of everyone in the shop. This time around was a little questionable. I asked her braids that were lighter, but I didn’t ask for them to not be as thick as they were previously. I paid more money for less braids in my hair looks very thin I am not happy with the amount that I paid and what I got I will never go back again. The attitude of the owner was unacceptable.

Very dissatisfied with their service first of all they charged me $200 for knotless which turned out to box braids reminding you I brought my own braiding hair!!! And then on top of that they wanted to you to pay first b4 they start the service and if they’re going to go that route maybe pay half and when completed pay the remaining balance. While braiding my hair there were two people braiding my hair one was rough which I spoke to her about that she wanted to argue very unprofessional this is a place I wouldn’t go back to! I wouldn’t take my dog. This was most definitely a lesson.🚩

Went here for knotless braids there is NOTHING knotless about my braids and they hurt so bad! I can’t even style them how I want to because the parting is terrible! I will never spend another dime here!!!

Beney’s was one of the best Salons I’ve been to in Greensboro. I was able to get a same day appointment for my retwist. They used the right Loc products not hair gel, AND palm rolled my Locs. The prices were reasonable and well worth the service. They DO braid tight and they also have signs up to address all concerns. Very professional, I was in and out in a couple hours.

I paid $160 for faux locs that I was told were not done properly. I showed two pictures of styles that I wanted. For what? My end result looks nothing like either of the pictures. The wrapping hair was only wrapped around the top 1/4 of the loc and glued rather than the whole loc with glue at the very end. This is going to cause issues for me when taking them out as I have no idea where my natural hair ends. The locs are uneven, very tight and have absolutely no style. I tied my hair down with a scarf to try and get them to lay down, to no avail. I should have gone with another salon that specializes in faux locs, not crochet locs. I will be taking them down after only one day.

I was completely disappointed at the service I received. I had used her in the past. However, I felt this time it was all about the money and not the service. There was no attempt to inform me about the hair used . I don’t believe she used the appropriate hair for the kinky braids I desired. The braids were very itchy and when I spoke with her she insisted that I was complaining. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Please spend your money somewhere else this was a waste of time The service was unprofessional and there was no compassion whatsoever what's the point of making an appointment when you have to wait an hour and a half not only that but able to take someone that didn't make a appointment in way before you and got done faster no respect at all you just a walking dollar sign they just lost a loyal customer Will not return done done done and by the way and when you ask for your hair to be washed they look at you like you speaking another language and act like they don't want to wash your hair in charge so much extra just to wash it waste of money waste of time I'd rather get a stranger at Walmart to do my hair than them again.

She took a long time to get started on my hair and even when she guy started she kept stopping multiple times and gene told me to separate the hair even though it’s her responsibility. Most of the workers were on their phones and not wearing the mask or not wearing it properly my hair came out ok even though it wasn’t the size i wanted NEVER COMING BACK

So disappointed been going here for a long time and out of all the times I came to get my hair done this was the worst came for box braids and the lady act like she didn't want to take me and I had an appointment at that she not only mess up my natural hair she braid it so tightly that afterwards two days later my hair was breaking off so upset and never coming back again my advice try somewhere else.

🚩🚩Red Flag 🚩🚩 After my braid lady was booked I looked for a new braider for the holidays. Someone answered the phone and said they were opened and doing hair today. After telling her the style I wanted (very quick simple but inexpensive style) she said she didn’t have time and hung up the phone before I could even respond. Do not go here! This is how a lot of hairstylist horror stories start. Take this as a sign.

I love Beney Hair Braiding I started going to them in 2010 upon starting college. Also I’ve gotten my hair braided here before delivering both of my children. The only place I get my hair braided because of convenience and professionalism, and the prices are reasonable. I will continue doing business with them.
