Avi is the absolute best. I have been following him for years for my haircuts and blow outs. Since working with Avi, my hair has never looked better and I receive endless complements . All of my friends and family now go to him too and no one has left disappointed. Avi is professional, kind and amazing human and really knows what he is doing. 10/10. The Salon is a wonderful experience as well.

I had a cut and style with Christiaan last week and couldn’t be happier! As a hairstylist I am super particular so knowing his background in education I felt as ease. He delivered on exactly what I was looking for and has a sparkling personality to boot.

Space is stunning and full of talent. Marko is a wizard at all things hair that just gets it and an all around amazing person. Always understands the assignment while putting integrity and health of hair first while looking incredible months later.

I’ve been going to Pam for years and I’ll never go anywhere else. Getting the right red is so difficult and Pam makes sure no one guesses that my red isn’t natural. If I could give her ten stars, I would.

The creative service Pamella provides is above and beyond what I could ever expect in a colorist, and I am overjoyed with my new look.  I came in with a mood board that included photos of totally different hairstyles (as well as jewels and baked goods). After thoughtful discussion, Pam processed my mess of ideas and delivered a result that took the best of each world. Watching her lighten my hair, I came to see balayage as a fine art of painting; her masterful brushstrokes created a well-blended, layered dirty blonde effect that new friends have been taking as my natural color. Pam is elegantly in touch with the subtleties and harmonies of color, as evidenced in the palettes of her own fierce style. During the four-hour appointment, we discussed color theory and what going blonde meant to me on a spiritual level (she is a great conversationalist and will put you right at ease). Overall I couldn’t be happier with my choice to trust Pam for my first serious dye job, and I’m excited to see as my hair evolves as she continues to layer in more of her artful designs.

Benjamin Salon is such a pleasant space to visit, the Hair team is truly special, talented & dedicated to their clients. Pamela is an All-Star colorist, such a sweetheart and so delicate & particular in her work, Jason is also a Rockstar hair bender, one of the coolest guy’s around and every time I come in for a haircut, I leave feeling confidant and fresher than when I arrived. They have both helped me tremendously through my hair journey, this salon is a gem in New York. Ben who is the founder of the salon has an incredible vision!

Jason & Pamella have been doing my hair for two years and I’ll never go back … Jason does an extraordinary job in giving you the style you want even if you’re like me and have a hard time figuring out what will look good on you. Pamella is a skilled colorist with an incredible eye. She is honest and she always succeeds in her goal of making you feel beautiful & confident when you walk out of the salon. Both Jason & Pamella are also just great people to hangout with. Side note: the space is precious :-)

Jason has been cutting and styling my hair for years. He is the best and the salon is never over crowded or loud, a nice relaxing very personal experience every time. I love this salon and recommend it and Jason to anyone looking for a great cut in a well designed / calm space in NYC!

Jason has been my stylist for 14 years (holy!!), I'd follow him to the end of the earth at this point. Luckily I only had to follow him to Benjamin, which is much more convenient. I've had everything from a pixie with undercuts to super long hippie hair with soft natural layers, he's cut every style as perfect as can be. Everyone at the salon is wonderful and amazingly talented, they listen and understand how to execute what you're asking or give you great suggestions of what works for you when you haven't really figured it out yet. Lovely salon, worth every penny,

The staff is incredible. I get color by Pam (the most consistent, up to date, stylish color/ colorist) and my cut by Jason (coolest, most in tune and adaptive stylist). These two are a dream team. I look forward to seeing them as friends / professionals and people that have become very important in my life. The space is stylish, private, cool and beautiful. It’s not a gigantic crazy loud place. But it’s super cool. Go here! It’s worth it x 100

Great experience with Lorik, went in with no ideas what to do with my hair and he suggested a style and executed it exactly as he described. He took his time and is clearly a perfectionist. Very nice people working in this salon and a great location. Thank you!

The talent that these stylists have blows other salons out of the water. The salon is beyond aesthetically unique and pleasing for the eyes. Pamella and Jason are a dynamic duo that I trust fully with my hair. Pam is a colorist that’s truly an artist and understands color placement. Jason is the first person I have let cut my hair other than someone else in 8 years and wow was I pleased. The friendliness of this salon from everyone working there and individuality for every client makes Benjamin a MUST for me and I assure others too. The compliments I receive are endless and it just feels so good to know I will always walk out of this salon happy and feeling beautiful. Thank you for going the extra mile you guys and truly just getting “IT!”
