I would recommend this hair salon a thousand times over! The owner and staff are lovely friendly people who automatically make you feel comfortable! I had the wonderful Alyssa cut my hair, I showed her a photo of a similar cut I wanted, she took her time and care to create exactly what I asked for! This salon makes me wish I lived in San Diego! Thank you !

I had the pleasure of having Summer do my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She did an amazing job and was so reassuring throughout the process, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. On top of that, we had such great conversation—if you’re going to spend a long time in a chair, she’s definitely someone you’d enjoy being around. Highly recommend her for both her talent and her incredible vibe!

Freddy is an absolutely amazing master stylist, not only I got the perfect highlights but somehow despite bleaching, my hair is still very healthy and shiny. All the while accommodating me after I mistakenly showed up a week before my appointment, he managed to fit me in. Best hair salon and service in all of west Coast.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon! I go to Jay for a weekly blowout, and it makes my life so much easier—I don’t even have to worry about washing my own hair. Jay does an amazing job every time, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. The location is super convenient too, just a quick walk from my house. Plus, the prices are affordable, which makes treating myself here even better. Highly recommend!

If you have curly or wavy hair, book with Sheila. I was more than impressed with her comfort with my curly hair and understanding/checking in with the style I wanted. Super sweet personality, def going to be my go to stylist here in san diego. The shop was nice also and everyone was kind.

Love Sheila! Everyone in the shop is kind and talented, but Sheila is my girl, and goes above and beyond, even giving me her personal number in case she has no availability on the site, or I'm running late. She's an amazing stylist and an absolute sweetheart!

First time going to a salon; first time getting my hair bleached professionally as well as colored. Flatout amazing experience, Summer Grace did a crazy freaking good job, the vibes were chill and overall I had a really great visit, I look to run it back in the future with her!

First I watched the staff, Shout out Summer!, be not only talented but so kind to an older customer. Then I met Candace for a haircut and left with a cut, gloss and tone that took me from grown out bright highlights to creamy melted ashy. She had time and absolute dedication to helping me walk out confident. I'll be back!

Visited Bespoke Hair for a haircut, and got to meet Jay, he wonderfully executed my vision for my cut. I let him know I wanted to keep my face framing layers, needed a trim and also that I wanted to be able to put my hair up for work without the pieces falling out too much. Jay and Bespoke Hair did a great job of making me feel like they are there for me, I felt relaxed and ultimately excited to see the final product. Thank you!

I’ve had my hair cut by Jay twice now and he is just the kindest person. He’s also so gentle. He gave me a whole blowout and didn’t pull on my hair a single time. Idk how he does it but he’s great!

They checked me in as soon as i walked in and offered me refreshments while i waited! Their salon was well lit, clean, and all the staff were super sweet and kind! My stylist, Summer, was amazing. I was super nervous about chopping my hair, but she did a great job listening to what i was asking and kept checking in with me as she continued the cut and style. Could not recommend this place MORE, they were amazing, and I will definitely be going back!

Wow! The heights of unprofessionalism in the reply to my review by Candice. She is saying that I wanted to get away with a $25 hair treatment and blow-dry which is a rather absurd assumption. I would like to state that if the stylist gave me a blow-dry and he had to charge the full amount, he could have done a decent job. I literally paid the entire amount without a single argument except meekly saying that I thought it was a rough blow-dry and I didn’t know I’d be charged the full amount. Again, no justification has been given to why my service started so late despite an online appointment. I would also like to say that if the stylist had booked other clients, why were those slots available in the first place on their website. The stylist told me on that day that the blow dry isn’t included and I said I will get it done irrespective. He told me I’d have to wait and I said okay. And at this point, it is anyone’s guess that I had the “full intention” to pay so I really don’t know what is being tried to imply here when Candice says that I was “trying to get away”- that is a complete low she has stooped to. Also, Candice came in much later on that day and has no idea about the conversation between the stylist and me. Hence, she is completely unaware of the facts, yet she is choosing to reply in a rather rude manner, but okay, fine by me. Not everyone takes honest criticism in a healthy spirit. That is also clearly evident in her or her team’s replies to the recent negative reviews. Again, you can gauge their temperament through their replies to unsatisfied customers’ reviews and decide whether you would like to visit them. Good luck! I have visited multiple salons in various locations of the world but this was truly the WORST experience both in terms of service and the treatment I received/ am still receiving by their team. I am done here. And I do not want a refund. Thank you.

I got my first ever perm with Candice last week. I was super nervous and anxious because I never done anything with my hair before other than the regular fade and cut, so a perm was quite the departure for my norm. Candice was amazing, attentive and thorough. She listened to what I was going for, made recommendations and really gave me exactly what I wanted. She also gave me a lot of tips for maintenance, really setting me up for the best curls! Highly recommend Bespoke Hair as a whole and recommend Candice as a stylist even more!

Sheila did a fabulous job! I trusted her process and we ended up cutting off a lot of length to make my hair healthier. I received so many compliments after leaving the salon and I absolutely love my new look!

Amazing hair salon! I moved across the country and was nervous about getting my hair done, I’m so happy I found this place! It’s clean, welcoming, and everyone was friendly. My stylist, Summer, was fabulous! I came in with a vision and she took that vision and made it better. She took her time in my hair and my hair has never looked this good. The prices are worth it, you’re paying for a great salon, stylist, wash and condition, and style!

First time going here, I was so nervous because I am very particular when it comes to my hair (as almost everyone is) I booked an appointment with Jay to get my baby bangs trimmed, he listened and did exactly what I wanted! Freddy made sure my hair became the perfect tone I wanted. My hair is naturally very dark so it needed more attention. He did such a great job ensuring that I left so happy. He is so personable and kind. The salon has such a nice atmosphere. If you’re on here looking for reviews to know if you should get your hair done here, you SHOULD. Highly recommended 🙏 thank you so much for everything!!
