I cannot say enough great things about Best Beauty Nails Spa! I came in with two broken nails (done overseas in Italy), and every other salon turned me away because they hadn’t done the original set. But Tyler welcomed me with open arms and completely exceeded my expectations. His hospitality and customer service were unmatched, and now I’m a loyal customer for life! Tyler gave me stunning chrome nails using hard gel, and they’re perfect—thin, not bulky like some other places. I like to keep my nails short for tennis, and he nailed it (pun intended)! He’s not just talented but also a great conversationalist, making the entire experience even better. To top it off, he scheduled me for a New Year’s pedicure with Vanessa, and it was absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for exceptional service and gorgeous nails, this is the place to go! Katie is such a pro! Kind, gentle with the pedi tools & took the time to make sure I was completely pleased with my color choice and comfortable throughout. Shop is very clean and well-stocked. You wouldn’t know it from the store front, but this place is a hidden spa pedi gem!

My husband and I left with awesome pedicures! Not only did we get first class pedis and service, we also had the best time. Nick and Amy kept us entertained and we left completely satisfied. Such a fun experience!

Was an ok manicure but I had to have them retouch polish. Each nail had texture. All they did was add more top coat. Left and still textured. Going to another place for polish change

Came in just for a basic polish and pedi..I sat forever trying to have my nails and feet dry and the guy didnt even at least have a fan or a Uv light-and the polish ended up messing up before I left. Yeah its basic but I work hard for my cash. No wonder it was quiet and empty but I had last min plans. Dont recommend.

I’ve been coming to Best Beauty for a few years and every technician has always done quality work! I love the spa like atmosphere while watching cooking shows. They do not try to upsell you if you tell them no thank you.

Katie as usual did an awesome job on my mani and pedi (despite my challenging feet). I don’t know what I’d do without her. And the salon is clean and professional, and a very friendly place.

My gel nails chipped 2 days after getting a manicure and pedicure done for vacation. This was really disappointing as I wanted them to be nice for my trip. I would not recommend this place since they seem to use bad quality products if the gel can't last 48 hours. I also ended up bleeding on 3 of my nails, which have since healed, since they cut my cuticle back too far.

Paid $80 for cakey nail polish that is partially on my skin . Every nail is uneven . Would give it 0 stars if I could .

This is my third time coming here and I've been so in love with the work done each time. Megan is incredibly talented! I like a very clean lady like look, peachy pinks and corals, and a shape somewhere between almond and oval and she does a beautiful job 🙌 so happy to have found her

Beware colors are inaccurate and the techs are not very helpful trying to fix it to what I wanted. I unfortunately paid full price and had to keep the nail color, but I really want to remove them already. Service was not the best it was okay….wished i took a better photo of the nail color display vs my current nail color.

I saw Megan today and she did my manicure with hard gel to extend my nails out and my pedicure. What a great job!! She understood exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond for all of my nails. She shaped my nails perfectly (almond). Not a single one looks funny, crooked, uneven, etc. they are on point. My pedicures are more simple as I like just a nice glitter gel. Megan pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is good. I feel like she really puts all her effort into what she does. I met Megan today for the first time and I told her I’m keeping her forever! And it’s true. My search is over. Thanks Megan!!

Very bad service quality, came Sunday 19th to get pedicures with my sister for graduation but the quality was so bad, the technician (i think her name is jennifer) didnt care to even try and kept pushing for gel when i asked for a pearly white nail polish and said no only in gel even though after then the front desk girl named ariana helped and found many iridescent whites that i could use. Then on forth to the pedicure, the heels done poorly, the massage was terrible just applied lotion as i could at home and worst of all the nails came out terrible. Ariana did help me to get my pedicure redone Saturday the 25, so i made an appt. Even then i waited over half an hour to get then done and it wasnt even for a pedicure. She just fixed the nails. Im greatful she took her time to fix someone else’s mistake however the whole service was terrible and they only fixed the nails. Will never come back was highly disappointed but i give 2 stars just because they did fix the nails

Viet helped me and did a great job on my gel manicure and normal pedicure. A longer foot and hand massage would have been nice and more to what I’m use to, but overall nice experience and really nice inside.

I called to get an appointment for myself and my granddaughter and e got in right away. The service was so friendly and welcoming. They did such a great job for both of us. I will definitely be going back again!
