My client has been coming to this salon for 6 years. Today I called to let them know he was on his way. Once we got their they told us they couldn't do his pedicure. The guy who typically does them was on vacation. When we asked if someone else could do it they all said no. Not sure why they couldn't tell us this on the phone or call to cancel his appointment. I felt so bad for my client we had decided no to return . Do to refusing his service and no communication on their part.

I live in San Antonio, TX and was in the area for a wedding for the weekend. I stopped into Best Nails for a nail repair due to losing 2 nails during our flight. I didn’t get the name of the woman that took care of me but she was really sweet and didn’t charge me for the repair. The nails she did are identical to the ones I had, and she trimmed my cuticles! I appreciated her kindness and tipped her before I left. Thanks for helping out this out of towner!

Quick and easy. I wanted to have my nails done. I did not have to wait, it seemed they have enough staff to handle walk-ins.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had the signature pedicure - took the guy 15 minutes to take the polish off, hack my nails off (including the uneven big toe) and punched the feet for the massage! Barely even polished the nails using only one coat and then wanted me to sit under the dryer! What for - they were already dried from only one crappy coat!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Five years ago I went here for a pedicure, I ended up getting a fungus infection in my big toe. I went back five years later to get a manicure, thinking the fungal infection was a fluke. Now I have a fungal infection in my right ring finger. The equipment there is not sanitized between patrons. Neither are the brushes they brush the dust off your hands with after using the Dremel. I would like to see a little more hygiene here before I return.

DO NOT GO HERE UPDATE: I paid for me and two other people to get those toes done with gel. I paid 180 (50 each for go-go nails) including tip. Not even an hour later, 2 of the 3 of us haf part of it flaked and fell off with nothing to cause it to do so. Was very disappointed😕 you think that for spending that much money, they wouldn't flake off for gels. They also didn't get the dead skin off our heels, and the one "massage" was just him punching my feet HARD. More news: almost all of my toes have become ingrown due to them being improperly trimmed. Might have to go to a Dr cause they hurt ever since going here and they are getting worse. DO NOT GO HERE Will not be returning!

Beautiful place and beautiful nails! Dustin is a nice and fabulous nail tech. Only problem would be seeing through the base of the acrylic.

Nails were decent but watch out for the overcharges, I went in because I was told it would be $45 but at the end he said $50 which is fine and I agreed to but when I checked my bank statement he charged me $62 very disappointing and dishonest

Dustin never disappoints! I usually go in having no idea exactly what I want. My favorite thing is to give him a theme and let his artistic talent lead the way! This time I said I wanted something to go with the holidays, and once again he went above and beyond! He always takes his time, and you can tell he takes true pride in his work, and his customers! Dustin and the team at Best Nails are the best!

Lisa was my nail tech for my acrylic set today and she killed it! I asked for almond shaped nails on the pointier side and she sure did deliver! I had such a good experience and I could tell that she wanted to give me the best nails. she took her time on making sure the acrylics were all the same and very smooth, which to me is the most important part of the process. You have to have a good base for your nail color. I will say this is one of the best sets I have ever gotten in this area, especially since she got the acrylic and color as close as possible to my nail bed- some salons don’t do this so you have to get a refill sooner. Highly recommend for local and affordable nails with nail techs that take their time perfecting your set. Thanks Lisa!

Professional and friendly staff, and beautiful work. I had two nails that were injured previously and he made my natural nails beautiful and strong again and taught me how to prevent infection and further damage as they healed. Definitely recommend Best Nails.
