I scheduled an appointment today with Moon. She asked me to come early so I did. She had me sit in a chair and wait. Never turned the massage chair on and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for waiting. No good. Would not recommend. (I have been here a number of times and today was just a failure).

I have been to different masseuses but nothing matches the good feeling from a relaxed muscles I feel after a session with moon. Her understanding of the body is beyond comprehension

I wish that I could give this a higher review because who doesn’t love a good massage. But this review is not so much about the massage as it is about the service. I paid $90 for a massage session but unfortunately had to cancel two days early. I text Moon that I was not able to make the appointment and she asked me to reschedule. Note when you book an appointment online your account will And Moon will not offer to reimburse you if you cancel… Nor will she reschedule you for a make up appointment. When I brought it to her attention that you were not able to book an appointment without being charged, she just said that’s how it’s done. Again, I wish I could give this a higher review but unfortunately the service is not worth it.

Pretty upset- I gave birth 2 months ago and i bought a 1 hour massage - no chair or anything like that but only got a 20 minute massage. I was told to come early, then they put me in a massage chair for 30 mins. i thought this was just while i wait for the real massage… So i get the massage with moon doing my back and her partner my legs. I guess because two people were working on me, she counted it as 1 hour?? The whole point of a massage for me, is to take the time and to relax. Being rushed, not getting the service that I paid for, and feeling even more exhausted after really is bothering me I tipped her 40$ for her knowlsedge because she was sweet and found my issues but instead of working on them, I was left to go home in pain. Do not recommend

Moon is absolutely amazing. If you are looking for someone to help with your pain, then you have to see Moon. She is so knowledgeable and she knows the body unlike anyone else I’ve encountered. Moon is a healer and gifted in the art of bodywork.

Got a massage for my girlfriend to go and this place had high reviews. She gets there and the place wasn’t even open, she had to call the number which the owner came about 20 minutes later. Told her to go back to the massage table and wait for her and the owner left again. When she returned, she gave her about a 20 minute massage and the owner was on speaker phone the entire time with her other business she was running. I had paid for her to have a full 45 minute massage which clearly did not meet that expectation. Owner told her to go into the salt shower where there was no soup and just a dirty bar of soup. Instead she got in the sauna and it had shut off after 10 minutes. The package deal I had gotten her was unlimited sauna time. the owner had left again and left her in there all alone. As she was about to leave, another employee came from the back and asked if she wanted to wait for the owner so she can say bye which clearly she did not. Owner then texted my girlfriend apologizing for leaving because she went to get her business cards for the other businesses she owns to give to her. I highly do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and what was supposed to be a relaxing massage turned into a stressful situation. The owner continued to text her after apologizing how she was prepared and asked her come to her restaurant instead. I’d avoid this place at all costs

I challenge you to find a better massage for the price. I will warn you that when they ask if you want a harder massage, they will give you a harder massage. It was amazing, but dude worked me over like he was trying to get all my secrets or something. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. I had a 60 minute massage + 30 minute foot reflexology with Koo, he was excellent. I work long hours on my feet all the time and this was much needed. I left feeling so relaxed. I can't say enough about the reflexology. I have bad feet and severe bunions, this massage was AMAZING. I haven't felt so much relief in my feet in a long long time. Not to mention the relaxation of laying on hot stones while my feet were massaged. A wonderful experience

Miss Moon you have an excellent skill as massage therapist, but the fact that you left the room every now and then respond to people and busy with you cellphone was really bothered the service. It’s always been that way since first time I visit your place. If you value our time to give full service professionally, that will be more appreciated.

Moon works miracles ! I have a lot of back & neck pain and I leave here feeling so refreshed! This is not your traditional massage- Moon really gets into all of the tough spots so there is some discomfort at points but it’s all to make those spots much looser ! The massage chair is also very nice!

Terrible customer service came in no one was in there 3 minutes later a guy pops out then tell me to go away he is busy I came to buy massage oil while I was waiting patiently I seen some soap I wanted I told the I wanted to purchase it he told me go away he is not selling anything he is busy I assume he was giving a massage very aggressive rude and I wouldn’t recommend this place

I booked this place last minute. First of all their website doesn't mention a step on massage for the full body acupressure. As a matter of fact, the picture they had on their website is of a person using their hands to perform a massage. I read some reviews after booking, and saw everyone was mentioning being stepped on and not a traditional massage but that they enjoyed it. I called and emailed right away and asked for a refund within 15 minutes of booking bc I wasn't ready to experience that type of massage. I got a reply from someone who said we do not use feet and a step on method anymore, it's hands only and invited me to come for my scheduled appointment and if I didn't like it that I can be refunded. I showed up, there was only a man there, I was supposed to be booked with Moon (a female masseuse who is all over their site) just like the website says and all the reviews recommending her. He handed me what looked like an underwear and some other clothing to change into. I asked him if he's the only one in here and if he'll be performing the services today and he said yes. I walked out and told him I'm sorry I'm not comfortable, I was scheduled with a female masseuse and would like a refund. He said no problem, and gave me a number to call. I called that number, the lady was angry and asked me to text her instead. I texted, she never responded. I texted again and she never responded. I emailed again, no response. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and they're in the process of investigating. To each their own, but the place is uncomfortable overall and I recommend you stop by the place first to see it before you book blindly like I did.

I have to say I have been a lot of massage places all over the country and this place is over the top! I am from out of town and deal with multiple conditions. The massage is unique and effective and siting in massage chair and the hot stones was an added plus. Moon the owner is a sweet soul and a downr right good person. really concerned about her clients.

I used to get massages here occasionally; one of Moon's workers would do 30 minutes, then Moon would do the remaining 30 minutes. The massages were always phenomenal. However, I visited again for the first time in a year and was massaged by a man. It was the absolute worst and weakest massage I have ever received. I don't think the man knew what he was doing. The massage felt very random, no technique. I asked for deeper pressure, as his touch was very light, he said ok, but nothing changed. It seems like he was incapable of applying normal-deep pressure. No hot stones, no flipping onto my back; I wanted it to end early. I will only come here again if I know that Moon is the masseuse.

This place is creepy. Uncomfortable as a female- massause asked if I was a mother, asked if i was single. No communication on what was happening. Not clean - swept the table with a broom he just used on the floor.
