Love this place!! But for the last 2 to 3 weeks they haven't been open. My 78 year old father only likes getting his hair there. What happened? Let us know please?

I was told that if not satisfied with hair after a few days to come back, then when I came back, they refused to fix my hair color and wanted to charge me more, I was denied the owners name and phone number, I will continue to check on how I can stop them from ever treating anyone else as bad as I was treated.

Waited for 1hr and didn't get service. One of the stylists was doing haircuts for people that were not on the waiting list. Not once did they approach us to update. Another lady waiting left upset too because she didn't get service after waiting 45 min. NEVER going back.
