Wonderful atmosphere and physically healing. I went for a massage and got the heat treatment (I love heat, so the massage therapist made sure the towels were extra toasty). It was so relaxing that next time, I am going to get a longer session. It also helped relieve the pressure from my pulled muscles. Highly recommend Betty's.

Awesome massage. The hot towels were a nice touch. 1 star off for not having a private changing room or allowing disrobing in the massage room itself. Maybe I'm not accustomed to going to spas for massages, but I was not pleased about having to change in a shared locker room. Especially because it was 20 degrees colder in there after I left the massage room. I also find it disappointing that they only accept credit cards and then charge you tax on an already $200 service. The spa experience for me added very little except extra cost to a wonderful massage. Otherwise it was very clean and everyone was friendly.

I absolutely adore Betty's! I've visited a few times, celebrating my anniversary, hanging out with my cousins, and even treating my family to gift cards. It's always a delightful experience every time!

I have been here several times for massages, and once for a facial and hot tub soak. I love it! A very calming place and experience.

Love it great to relax use it to get my family people appreciated gift cards for soaks but have messages facials and more. Now have to reserve the hot tubs as private.

This is a beautiful little gem tucked away in the North valley, very clean and aesthetic. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Betty's took my entire gift card because I showed up late. They would not allow me to pay a cancellation fee and reschedule. They charged me for an entire service that I did not get. Even medical providers charge a late fee for being late, a cancellation fee for no shows. Front desk employees were rude.

I called about a week or two in advanced, and they were able to quickly schedule me at the perfect time for me. This was my first spa/massage experience so I was unsure what to get, and they were very helpful and kind in helping me pick what type of massage I needed. My masseuse Victoria talked me through what was happening while also keeping the majority of the massage in silence so I could focus on the relaxing ambiance. It smells amazing in there and they play calming music. They also have great little goodies you can buy at the end such as chocolates, lotions, candles, etc. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with my first visit there and I would love to come back :)

I can’t thank Betty’s Day Spa enough for their kindness and understanding when I had to cancel a service at the last minute due to an unexpected emergency. They handled my situation with such compassion and flexibility, making a stressful moment much easier for me. Their professionalism and caring attitude left a lasting impression, and I look forward to rescheduling with them soon. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients’ well-being, both inside and outside of the spa. Highly recommend their services and their exceptional customer care!

Betty's is relaxing and calming as soon as you walk in the door. The robes are cozy and soft. I had a salt scrub and deluxe herbal wrap. Both therapists were amazing. The treatments were relaxing and my skin feels incredible! My only complaint is the amount oil used for the scalp massage. The therapist used waaay too much. I washed my hair three times (the last time with a few drops of Dawn mixed with the shampoo) before it didn't feel oily/greasy. Other than that, I enjoyed every minute of my visit.

I’ve always had such a great experience with blissful massages with different massage therapists. The only reason why 3 stars is because it’s really uncomfortable having the massage therapists unrobe you (even though they cover their view) while getting on the table and them re-robe you as you get off of the table. I would feel more comfortable if they stepped out of the room while getting on and off the table and allow me to robe myself. Fix this and it’s 5 stars!!

This is my favorite place to get gift certificates for my dearest. I love the 60minute blissful massage myself and have enjoyed the tubs with friends. I love their team as they have the best customer service also!

Ah, Betty’s. Used to be my favorite. I actually used to come here for shaving cream fights on the last day of school when it was Godfather’s, so I always had a soft spot for it. That changed today. I am immunosuppressed and have neurocognitive long Covid after having contracted Covid three times in one year despite vaccination and consistent masking and precautions in 2022. Covid has never been over for me, and I continue these precautions: I cannot get Covid again. Period. I am getting married next month, and I wanted to get a Rejuvenation treatment. I have two gift certificates that I haven’t used because I don’t want to get sick. After much consideration, I decided to do something special for myself, and I called to schedule. I obv plan on wearing a mask, and I requested that my therapist wear a mask. I was told that because the therapists are independent contractors, that they cannot ask them to mask. I ultimately spoke with the manager, who said she would talk to the owner about it. Today I got a call from the manager and said that I AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO REQUEST that my therapist wear a mask because there’s no health ordinance. I can’t even ask! So, any immune compromised clients- people who are elderly or have cancer, autoimmune, multiple commodities-DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOURSELF HEALTHY. As a healthcare provider in the Community and as someone who was born and bred in the North Valley, I can’t be more disappointed. We are currently one of four states with the highest covid rates in the country. The new variant is more contagious than the previous. BOO BETTY’s for not caring about the health of your clients and taking into consideration their NEED TO KEEP HEALTHY AND SAFE. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
