I have received massages from various therapists at Betty’s Body Shop. Every therapist has done a tremendous job! They ask what areas I would like to have worked on and they target those areas. Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable! Well done! I’ll be back!

Betty’s is great! The therapists are professional, thoughtful, and very helpful. They have helped with pain reduction, stress management/ mitigation, sports and repetitive use injury. I highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful little place near Grandview, and the masseuse I see, Alejandro, is fantastic - he listens to what's ailing me and has a healer's touch (and strength). On line booking is easy.

I just had the best massage of my life with Glenda at Betty's Body Shop! Initially referred by my physical therapist in the same building, I was excited but expected just a standard massage—nothing worth writing home (or a review) about. Wow, was I wrong! As a former massage therapist, I’m very picky about the massages I get. Since moving to Columbus, I’ve tried several highly recommended and pricey places that leaned into the “woo-woo” side of massage therapy. They were all fine, but nothing exceptional. Glinda completely blew me away. Her approach was incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and effective. We incorporated stretches, cupping, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release—all for an amazingly reasonable price. I walked out feeling better than I have in years and am already figuring out how to budget for regular sessions with her. I will recommend Glinda to anyone dealing with muscle tension. If you’re looking for a truly transformative experience, run to Betty’s Body Shop and book with Glinda. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to Betty’s Body Shop for 5+ years. Without a doubt, it’s the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She asks how I’m feeling before the massage and if there are any new aches and pains that need addressed (which I have a lot of) and focuses on the areas that need it the most. Plus, she remembers all the regular “spots” that need attention. The massage is tailored to what I need that day and I leave feeling way better than when I walked in. Betty’s massages truly are the best I’ve ever had.

Will most definitely be coming back. Very pleased with the services that was provided. Atmosphere was very nice and just overall my whole experience was Fantastic. The workers were also very nice made it very comfortable. I give this place a 5 star for sure.

Betty and London are absolutely amazing. They are very professional, intuitive and the energy they bring to each appointment is powerful in the most positive and balanced way. I love how they listen to your needs and then embrace the quiet while getting a service. I am also very impressed by how immaculate the space is and how they are mindful of the environment. They are the best!!!

Glenda was great. She worked very well on my shoulder and neck where I had the most pain. She is always great. I totally recommend her for good massage. She loves her work.

We’ve been to sooo many spas and massage places but found our spot with Betty’s. Glenda is so talented and sweet and I leave feeling relaxed and knowing I got much needed knots and tension released. I had my first facial with London yesterday and caught myself dozing a couple times with how great her massaging is as well!

I just left from my first ever appointment here. I am a truck driver and scheduled a 75 min relaxation massage with London and she is absolutely AMAZING!!! I left there more relaxed than I have been in years. She's very attentive, kind and thorough. I definitely plan on going back and becoming a regular. I'd rate Betty's Body Shop 20 stars if Google would allow it!
