Bad experience right from the start. The directions do not tell you that the salon is in the back of the building. I finally walked in the door and no one was there. I walked through to the attached barbershop, where I was told that Patty wasn't in that day. They then asked me to wait 1/2 hour to talk to somebody else. If Patty wasn't going to be in, the least they could have done was call me before I drove 30 minutes to be told she wasn't even there! A total waste of my time and I will not be rebooking.

I am a regular customer here because the service and the experience I have is always excellent. Not only do they have the most experienced stylists but their attention to to their customers is unmatched. The coffee they offer is wonderful and the people are all welcoming and kind. I recommend this salon to all my friends and to anybody looking for hair stylists.

I really went back and forth about leaving this review. The people were very nice, and I like the way my hair turned out. It's beautiful. My stylist did an excellent job. My problem was with the consultation and the price. I have never been there, and I have never had my hair colored before. I have no idea how much these things cost. I was quickly put in to a chair and assigned a stylist different from who I was told I would be with. My consultation Lasted about 3 minutes. I had a translator because my stylist did not speak English. I would have loved to be able to discuss with my stylist what They thought I should do and the different ideas that I had but they just quickly asked me for a picture and then they asked me very rushed if I wanted highlights underneath and this and that and I didn't really know what I wanted or what anything was going to cost but it was all so fast and nobody ONCE said anything about prices. I didn't get a quote or anything. Before I knew what was happening I had a head full of foils. I came in wanting partial, very subtle highlights. Maybe it's my fault for not asking for a quote but I assumed if it was really expensive someone would tell me. When I got to the front to pay, I almost threw up. $525 for highlights, cut, blow dry and style. I was in complete shock. She reduced it a bit, I'm assuming it was a first time client discount or something. Again they just did the blow dry and style, no one asked if I wanted that. It still ended up being over $400. That is HALF my months grocery budget.I drive home trying to think how I was going to tell my husband that we would have to take money out of savings. I know I have very long thick hair. I know color is expensive but I had no idea and no one ever talked to me about prices And the consult was just so rushed and complicated with the language barrier. For that much money I would've expected someone to take more time explaining the process and the costs and discussing with me what they thought was a good plan for my hair and budget. It says multiple places on their website that pricing will be determined during the consultation. That just never happened.

I was quoted a price and I ended up paying $10 more. The service was not what I was used to from a Hispanic hair salon. No serum before or/and after. No flat iron. I left and my hair felt dry and hard. I had to go home and put drops. I have gone to many Hispanic hair salons and always get the same thing done when I say wash and blow-dry. I get serum and flat iron. Got none of that. Very disappointed

PRICING GOES UP EVERY TIME IVE BEEN THERE. Definitely not worth it and the blow drying add on is RIDICULOUSLY priced. No no no. Color was fine, just the pricing goes up for no reason l. Not cool

Talk about great hands! I have to see I went in to have one service and got many more while sitting in my chair the girl doing my hair offered me more services i did agree to them and kept asking price but when I got to the end to pay there where hidden fees that I was not aware that I would have to pay toner $75.00 after highlights services it pretty basic you do need a toner after bleaching my hair would have been nice to know this before telling me $195.00 for high lights thinking it would be include it was a extra charger. With that said over priced! never in my life have I paid $500.00 for hair. To make matters worse I was told my hair dry was $ 60.00 after spending that amount of money on highlights how about making it better for spending on the toner and give me the hair dry Before getting anything done make sure you get a break down on what you will be expected to pay and not let it be a surprise at the end.

I went in for mani+pedi appointment with Josely and absolutely loved it. She was very professional and knowledgeable and recommended to try out a new technique that would be better fit to what I was looking for. I’m glad I followed her recommendation because I loved the service and my nails are looking fabulous. Will definitely come back for future services with Josely, 100% recommended!

In reply to your response: you saw pictures, never the same as in person. You should’ve have asked me to come in to see them in person and you would see what I am talking about and not blame it on not doing a manicure or the color of the polish. And if it was on one or two nails, I can understand you’re refusal. But on both hands and feet, you know you are wrong. The fact that you rather lose a customer instead of fixing the problem says a lot and I rather take my business elsewhere. 15 years plus getting my nails done, I’ve never had an issue like this. Exactly one week ago, I got a gel polish done on hands and feet and it is already lifting, on both hands and feet. I called the salon and made them aware, they refused to fix it stating that "it's the color I chose". My nail is literally separated from the gel. I've been getting my nails done long enough to know the difference and that it is not the color. Then they tried blaming it that I needed a manicure/pedicure and that is the reason why. I don't see how that has anything to do with the gel separating from my nail. I had just got this done the visit prior. Will not return again and I will also let the few people I referred not to go.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, fui por corte de puntas y me cortaron en capas el sr. Jorge. El servicio es malisimo poco profesionalismo 45.00 botados a la basura. Me comunique con los supuestos dueños fueron rudos conmigo me cortaron la llamada y no contestan el telefono. Decirme sorry no es suficiente!!!!!

Pam did an amazing job. I have 3C hair type and I’ve been looking for someone in the area that can handle my hair and she was able to. It came out silky smooth, no keratin treatment, just a wash and blowout, and without burning my scalp. I will be definitely going back.

Young boy haircut pricing was $25 (December 2022), now the following month $35 January 2023. Pricing is after the fact and could not find a sign anywhere on site or at least mentioned until after the fact. No consultation or refreshments offered either. I would give a negative rating.
