This place had the audacity to block my number and now the nail tech is claiming she doesn't have an appointment for each date I am asking for. God doesn't like ugly and this place won't prosper for treating people this way. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful nail spa! The techs are professional, courteous, and provide an excellent service. My daughter and I love getting our nails done at Beverly Hills Nails & Spa! I love the convenience of walk-in appointments. I’m always taken care of and the wait time is minimal. Highly recommend!

Your response to my previous posts 2 months ago are misconstrued, twisted and downright lies. Do better. And you lack professionalism and cultural humility. Completely disingenuous and dismissive. My opinions, thoughts, and feelings regarding the service I received at your establishment are valid and should be held with concern if you are an astute business person. You are trying to water down, dismiss, and twist my words so that I am seen as the one who is at fault and you are the victim. Do better. Update your business management and customer service skills and training. Find a business coach who can teach you how to effectively and successfully address a customer's grievance. The mere fact that you are going back and forth with me under YOUR BUSINESS PROFILE shows me and the United States how poorly trained you are as a business owner and manager and I am so glad I took my business somewhere else.

The best place! Affordable, clean, and atmosphere!!! I’ve been going to Luka for 5 years in July and he can literally do anything you ask! I love all the nail artists here! They are actually artists and don’t over charge you! You will not be disappointed unlike at other salons..I added some photos of designs that I’ve gotten from Luka done over the years!

I love the atmosphere as soon as you walk into Beverly Hills. The welcoming and friendly staff. Can’t forget to mention that everyone does a wonderful job. They will most definitely have you feeling lovely by the end of your service. Thank you always.

Response to Owner's Comments on Recent Review: Your response to my recent post indicates your lack of professionalism and the lack of cultural humility. To call my post "disgusting..:" instead of taking the effort and the curiosity to discover why I abruptly left your nail salon shows your lack of customer service skills and business management. Also, your response shows you are too emotional and you probably should have calmed down before responding. Southern Hospitality dictates that if someone is standing at your door waiting to be served by your establishment, you unlock the door, open the door, and welcome them in. You unlock the door and walked away without acknowledging my presence. I was standing directly in front of your door and instead of opening the door and welcoming me in as your first customer, you walked away. A business owner and a manager understands the importance of welcoming and acknowledging their patrons into their establishments because they value their patronage. As for Ak, he is wonderful nail technician that has worked on my nails for many months and if he worked at another nail salon, I would follow him there. So my grievance is to you, sir, who thought you did not have to open the door and welcome your first customer of the day. So, I stand on what I said in the recent post and I will add something else with it. You lack professionalism, too emotional when responding to customers' comments and you may want to take a course and obtain guidance about how you respond to negative comments about your business.

Went there today with no appointment and was seated immediately, the gentleman who did my nails was super friendly and did a great job. I got an acrylic full set with gel. He made sure the shape was to my liking and was understanding when I changed my mind about my glitter color. Thanks so much!

It was my first time in a while getting my nails done and I was nervous at first but the employees were very friendly and welcoming! Ben did my nails and I honestly think he did a great job on them ! Thank you so much for creating a warm and welcoming place guys !

Mimi did an amazing job with my nails. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She was so gentle with my cuticles and I enjoyed the massage. One downfall is the manicure station needs some attention. There is old nail polish on the glass divider and the counter needs a good wipe down. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Beverly Hills Nail.

This is my second time coming here and I came with my 2 girls and had a wonderful experience!! Everyone is friendly, takes their time, and makes sure you’re happy with what your results. I did not feel one bit rushed or like I was a bother to be there. Definitely will continue to come back! I recommend for yourself or children, they make everyone feel very welcomed and appreciated!
