My Partner & I Escaped to the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel: A Mini Vaycay to Remember! Hey there, friends! Let me tell you about an absolutely delightful mini vacation my partner and I recently took to the luxurious Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel. From the moment we stepped into our stunning room, I knew we were in for a treat. The space was huge, beautifully decorated, and oh-so-comfortable! It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. After settling into our room, I decided to treat myself to a spa day. And let me tell you, it was an experience unlike any other! I ventured into the glamorous world of medical spa treatments for the first time, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to dive in. I opted for a profound thread lift combined with Morpheus treatments and a fabulous filler known as ez gel, derived from my own PRP. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because this was all so new to me, but the moment I met the skilled staff, my worries melted away. Can I just say: wow? The results were simply astounding! It’s truly amazing how such a minimally invasive procedure can completely reboot your glow. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and radiant, with a fresh-faced confidence that felt so real and naturally impactful. The expertise of the nurses at the Beverly Hills Plaza Medical Spa was evident from the start. Their careful attention to detail and commitment to making me feel comfortable won my heart. I was so impressed that I can genuinely say I’ve found my go-to place for treatments, and I can’t wait to return in the future. Would not share wifi with customers and made me wait 20 to be taken back. Also almost didn’t honor previously provided pricing for services which I found to be a highly dishonest practice. One star service

I'm very pleased with Beverly Hills Plaza Medi Spa. The location is convenient, and I always find parking on the street. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Felicia is amazing! She's been doing the microneedling w/PRP for me and she's wonderful at what she does. She's very caring, and dedicated to giving her clients the absolute best service and results. Saw an online ad, so I inquired. They called and offered me a slot for tomorrow. Asked for a credit card to secure the reservation. I didn't have my cc with me. I called back but kept getting the machine (at least 5x). Finally spoke to someone and told them I had two Groupons: one for me, one for a friend. The first treatment (Hyrdodermabrasion), they don't offer anymore so I have to just refund from Groupon. The other treatment (RF), they said I needed at least five treatments. This was not mentioned when they first called. I asked if I could schedule anyway just to try it out. They said yes but they have no opening until NEXT TUESDAY. They clearly treat Groupon customers differently because when they thought I was a cash customer during the first call, they had an appointment as soon as tomorrow. Suddenly, because I was using a Groupon, they don't have one for a whole week. Bad business.

Horrible customer service. Their front desk receptionists are bunch of uneducated kids who probably are on minimum pay to keep the expenses low. There’s no way that you can get a hold of these people over the phone and when you show up in person to make an appointment they always have one of these 3 excuses, 1-we're very busy today. 2- we’re short staff today. 3- we didn’t get any missed calls from you. I did a very intense facial procedure there on Monday, 5 days ago called profound and I still haven’t received the after care instructions for such an important procedure yet 5 days later. They also made me pay one week in advanced. All they know is to sell you their products and charge your card. They don’t show you any pictures about the side effects and how severe your face is going to be wounded for 3 weeks and you’ll find out for yourself after it’s done. Had I known of the severe traumatic and prolong side effects on my fave I would have never done it. Stay away.

I came here for my first microneedling treatment and lift and I already feel so much better! Immediate results on my lift! The staff is so nice and redirecting. They explain everything to you and ask you all the right questions you may have! 10/10 will be back again! :)

I had emazing experience. I can see significant improvement on my skin. They are so friendly, professional, welcoming and knowlegable. I did micro needling with nano face lift. Jeanie is the one that helped me with the treatment and spent so much time explaining things to me. Stacey at the front was very nice also has so much knowledge. I love the hotel too, so gorgeous. This is my place forever

I LOVE this spa so much. The manager Stacey couldn’t be nicer ! I’ve gotten Morpheus and loved my results. I will definitely be back. Also my mom was staying at the hotel and came for microneedling treatment and had the same experience!

I have to say I love Morpheus. This place really knows how to get results. I wanted to tighten up my jowls and boy did they really get it done. The Hotel looks like a palace. Nurse Tamara is so knowledgeable and a truly sweet human being and nurse.Jeanie really explained how to care for my skin so well. I have been coming for years and I will never go anywhere else for my skin and body care. I just love dinner here too.

I used to be a loyal patron of this establishment, but lately, the quality of service has been consistently disappointing. Despite receiving emails prompting me to schedule appointments, the wait times have been excessively long, often extending well beyond what's reasonable. On one occasion, I was attended to by a new practitioner who seemed inexperienced and accidentally spilled expensive serum during a Botox procedure, without offering any proper resolution. This incident highlighted the lack of professionalism within the establishment. Additionally, I've experienced instances where appointments were unexpectedly canceled due to staff absences, causing further inconvenience after enduring lengthy waits. While one staff member offered a complimentary service to compensate for the inconvenience, the lack of follow-through on their part left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, attempting to schedule appointments over the phone has been met with unresponsiveness, with calls often going unanswered and callbacks rarely occurring. Overall, my experiences have been disappointing and have led me to question the competence and reliability of this establishment's services. Oh also the trash can was full of bloody tubes

Best Med Spa in town , amazing staff so sweet accommodating and welcoming. Maryam included she is the best. ( had bad reviews on here that are clearly a misunderstanding because I have been coming here for 4 years and never had an issue. Also shout out to ildi and sam too in credible front desk girls. I love My injector, Ani she make me beautiful with Botox and Fillers. She has a very natural approach and is an extremely talented NP but I would call her more of an artist. Bentley( my skin girl ) is not only the best at explaining all the treatments and medical procedures but my skin has also never looked better after doing some of her combination packages. I had very bad melasma ( dark spots around my for head and cheeks and acne scarring. She was able to remove my scars !!! And melasma. I have never felt more confident and love my beauty team. Just wanted to put that out here as a client of 4 years. You are in amazing trusted hands with these ladies.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this service. The door was opened, no one inside. Despite having an appointment, I waited for 45 minutes, and no one showed up. I tried reaching out by phone, left a message, but received no response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I purchased a Groupon for a hydro facial and botox. They don't actually offer hydro facials even though it was listed as a service that I PURCHASED & they won't refund me. Groupon can't refund Apple Pay purchases and Medi Spa has done nothing to help the problem that is really they cause with poor customer service and confusion with listing a service the spa does not actually offer.
