My wife got her first Morpheus treatment and it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, from Melissa at the front desk to Abigail, the master aesthetician who performed the procedure. Abigail explained things well and calmed my wife's anxiety. We live in Utah and will definitely be back!

It was a great experience, Jackie was friendly and knowledgeable about where to place the Botox to give me the results in the areas I needed. The staff was friendly and respectful to your needs and attentive to your care. I highly recommend you come here for your spa treatments…..

Very disappointed will never go back again and I will not recommend to no one they take advantage of customers over charging on products I could save hundreds of dollars if I did some research using different company never again

Don't buy packaged services from them, unless you're planning to use them right away. I bought the Hydrofacial package at this location in 2020 and used only facial out of 3 ($300 total cost). I called them this week hoping to schedule the remaining ones, but was told that their system was showing I had already used them. That was the end of the conversation, they didn't offer any solution.

I deal with rosacea and have tried many creams and treatments. It was so refreshing to have someone look at my face and know what they are doing. The moment Keilah looked at my skin she knew exactly what the issue was and how to treat the redness. She also gave me a great recommendation for a sunscreen with tint that helps the redness and doesn't look like I'm wearing any makeup. Overall I'm really happy I went to BHRC and met Keilah, I've tried other med spas before and they didn't have the expertise in skincare so glad I found someone, I moved to the area 2 years ago and it has been a long road to find someone to help me with my skin problems. Glad to find Keilah. I would highly recommend Keilah to anyone looking for a facial. She is a very talented esthetician who provides a high-quality service. I would definitely book another facial with her in the future.

The esthetician (Keilah) was very knowledgeable about skin care and she tailored the facial to my specific needs. She used a variety of products that left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and radiant. I tried the Pro Yellow Laser this time for my spider veins and WOW was it worth it!! I love how my back looks. Just in time for my wedding too. This was only one time and look how much it cleared up!! And I just LOVE my esthetician Keilah. She was quick, informative and skillful. She makes me feel very calm. I highly recommend requesting Keilah if you want the best med spa experience!

This was my first time at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center and I had a wonderful experience! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly and made me feel so welcome. Jackie did my Botox injections - she was so thorough and gentle. I have had Botox before and she met / exceeded all my expectations. I look forward to coming back here again.

I've been going to this location for a couple years. My usual girl Lacy, who is amazing, is off, so they put me with Rebecca. I specifically told her not to give me the "witch eyebrows", where the only part that moves are the corners of my eyebrows. It gives these arched witch eyebrow look. Not a good look. I waited 7 days, because for me, that's usually the final look and nothing changes after 7 days. She gave me witch eyebrows! I called to have it fixed because I have an event this weekend. The girl who answered the phone gave no apology, and zero customer service. She put me on hold for 9 minutes, and when she came back, she told me she could only schedule a follow up in two weeks. I told her my situation, and how that would not work. She said nothing. She offered no solution for the problem they caused, zero empathy, and zero kindness. I wasn't rude, I didn't cuss, I voiced concern, and I received no help. Very disappointed since I've been going here so long. Clearly need to find a new place.

I’m so happy with my results. I had Botox, lip filler. At first I was nervous but all the staff is super professional. I was also given a stress ball which really helped me while getting my Botox and lip filler. Lia Chapman was super professional, and even ease my mind during the process. I’m definitely coming back to Beverly Hills rejuvenation Med Spa and recommend anyone to go as well.

They told me they would text me a link to download video conferencing so I could get consultation without coming in during the pandemic. The link never arrived. They had also scheduled a call for later that day and they never called. We rescheduled for the next day and they never called. Three strikes, you are out. Why would I entrust body care to a place that does not do what they say they will?
