It was so easy to get my hair done here. I am a guy who has never had my hair permed before, but I thought what hell, why not? I called them up a few days prior and was able to book an appointment pretty easily. Once I showed up they pretty much sat me down and got started right away. I showed them a few pictures for reference and that was all that was needed. I wanted loose curls, just something wavy and has some body. The two women working on my hair were so nice to me the whole time and knew exactly what they were doing. I was so happy with the results. Will definitely be returning at some point to get this done again.

I’ve been to many different hair salons and I was recommended to her by multiple people. I would say Yen and her ladies did an amazing job. Customer services, good prices, and her techniques were excellent, I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her since this was my first time coming in.

She’s closed on Wednesday, but she had me come in anyway so she had to come in on her day off. What dedication!

Had an appt at 10am. I was on time, the lady with 11am appt got there before I did, so ten did hers nails before & I had to wait another hour for yen. No apology from her & not even a discount for making me wait. I should not have paid her at all. My time is valuable to. Rude to customers will never go back again. Would not recommend her.

I never understood the 5 star reviews. Yan has a loyal following because her fees are discounted but you get what you paid for! Schedule a first appointment because you're tired of waiting hours for her to fit the walk-ins in. You still wait while she's on a non urgent personal call for 20 minutes and she expects you to sit there patiently until she's good and ready. Apparently her time is more valuable than your's! I sat there as she argued with a client that she had colored in her grays but the client and I couldn't tell any difference! She only kisses up to certain clients and has been caustic and abrasive to others. Not worth the mediocre work, grimy setting, and attitude for days!

Here are more... durian egg yoke moon cake, chocolate waffles...green tea ? Relax. .... time goes by, what is going on with your life.... I paid them in Canadians.

These ladies did a wonderful job. if you show yen a picture guaranteed she will be able to provide you with the hair you wanted. I was able to get a same day appointment and it was a great price for good quality. Also very fast pace in and out experience instead of waiting an hour past your appointment. Highly Recommend!!

Yen & Her Girls are excellent. Yen is the main Stylist, but I don't want to discredit the other ladies because they are essential in how Yen works. They seem to work as a syncronized team that is efficiant & quickly gets the Job done. Yen is Honest, friendly & will listen to your styling desires. She's knowledgeable with Color & style and you'll walk out feeling like a Rock Star.

Love going here. I've been going to this salon since '06, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yen is AWESOME, she listens and does your hair how you want it done but, in a positive manner- she also adds her personal and professional touch to it and makes it always look AMAZING! She has the best prices in the whole metro area for highlights!
