I have long, straight lashes. I recently had my eyelashes lifted by someone else for my first time and they over curled them. So I went into the experience with Bibi hoping for a better outcome. This is my 2nd time with her and I see a long lasting future. Her attention to detail and personalization for your lashes are two of the many reasons I would recommend her.

I recently visited Bibi Lash and Beauty Care for eyelash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon has a welcoming and professional atmosphere, and Bibi is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my desired look. Bibi is a sweet woman. I came in for a lash removal, but it was not what I was expecting. I did not expect her to cut off the extensions with scissors. It was an uncomfortable feeling. I couldn't tell if I was poked in the eye with the scissors or if my lashes were yanked. I have done a lash removal procedure in the past so I was expecting some sort of lash removal gel, not scissors. I left the salon with glue residue, lash extentions still stuck on my eyes, and spots where my lashes looked sparse. When she handed me the mirror after she was done with the procedure I wanted to cry. She told me that she couldn't remove some of the lashes. I told her that there was still glue residue on my lashes, to which she told me I had to put coconut oil on my eyes to remove it. That's why I booked a service with you in the first place, to remove my lashes. I read another review about this and I did not realize it until later on, but no gloves were used and no hands were washed. I expected more from someone who claims they've been in this business for 10+ years. Thank you for your service Bibi, but I will not be returning.

Bibi is wonderful. She’s the first person to actually listen to what I wanted by keeping my lashes looking natural. She was also super gentle in comparison to other places I have gone in the past. I am so happy I found her.

I found Bibi when I was needing someone to remove lashes done at a different salon. Not only did she make time for me same-day on a Saturday, she was so gentle and careful with the removal that I knew I could trust her to re-do my lashes. I’ve now been to Bibi twice for my lashes, and am so happy with the results! I asked for a natural look and she delivered. The lashes have been comfortable and stayed put until my two week fill. On top of that, she is so kind, responsive to texts, and creates a calm, pleasant environment to spend an hour of ones time :) highly recommend, especially if you are looking for soft and natural looking lash extensions!

Had my appointment with Bibhu! She went out of her way to give me an appt on the 4th of July which I really appreciated. Place was very clean and over all an amazing experience. She gave me exactly what I wanted and more! Will definitely be visiting again! (For the pictures, my face looks a bit red cus I got my eyebrows done as wel, which was also a good experience)

Hands down Bibi is absolutely the best person I have ever had for lash extensions!! I do not like my lashes to be super dramatic so, she always customizes to the kind of style I am wanting before each session weather it’s foxy, or a little more flirty and still natural looking. I have also gotten her face massage service along with spa mani pedis and her space and personality is so sweet and calming, I definitely have fallen asleep many times! Sadly I don’t live in Texas anymore but every-time I come to visit, I make sure to make an appointment with her and also will happily be flying back to have her do my lashes for special occasions since she’s the only one I know to do it as well in all my experiences!! Sorry I didn’t leave a review in all the years I have come but now that I am in a new city, it’s hard to find someone who does it at such a high quality and also has a really comfortable environment to simply relax and treat yourself! Definitely book with her if you get the chance! 🙌🏾🙏🏾

Ann Seamayer does great work! I love how natural they are and don’t look like the store brand. I also like that she uses really mink lashes vs the fake plastic ones.

BiBi is awesome!! Went here because I don’t like how other places give you all the same heavy duty lash look. Wanted a tailored lash to suit my eye shape and she was able to do just that! Love how they accentuate my eyes (I have smaller hooded eyes so it’s hard to get them right!) I already have my fill in appointment booked. :)

Love, Love, LOVE my new Bibi Eyelashes! This was my first time getting lash extensions and I could never have expected how amazing they would turn out. Like, wow. Seriously, I've not picked up a mascara wand once since my application! Upon my arrival, Bibi helped me select the perfect volume and length for my face shape, features and complexion. She nailed it! The application itself, I can hardly remember because I kept drifting off. Bibi is so delicate it's hard to believe that anything is coming into contact with your eyelashes. Recently got my lashes done with Bibi and I am thoroughly impressed! Our appointment was good, Bibi was professional and friendly and adhered to COVID expectations well. The lashes were beautifully done, and are still doing great. A much better experience than other eyelash extensions I’ve gotten done before.
