The ladies at the front desk are great hosts. They always greet you with a smile and are professional. Checking in and out is a breeze. Laura is a great massage therapist. She is great at working out the knots. I recommend her highly.

Bienestar Massage in El Paso, Texas, is absolutely fantastic! Alfa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. I bought a gift certificate as a gift to a person the person did not want to use it so I went to the business to ask about the certificate I was told to bring the certificate in person and they will refund my money to my credit card no problem so I go back the following day with the gift certificate in hand then I was told they do not do refunds so I asked the lady the other person told me yesterday that they do refund and she said if I do not like it I could go somewhere else which made no sense to me after purchasing a $89 certificate from that place extremely rude and inconsiderate people with no business ethics whatsoever we will never returned and will never recommend BienEstar massage to no one. After purchasing more than 100 certificates in the last four years I asked to speak to the manager or the owner and I was denied

First time here and we will be back. We went for my son's first massage and it was great. The young receptionist acknowledged us immediately, by name, and gave us a great welcome with the paperwork. Overall a great place for massages!!

I had such a great experience. I was able to relax, enjoy my massage, and my allergies were taken into consideration. Santi is amazing. She gave me the Swedish massage, and I came out feeling such a relief in my whole body. The staff is super friendly.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. This was my first time here. I booked a massage for my mother and I on Mother’s Day May 12, 2024. We decided to get separate rooms. To start off I started my massage 10-15 minutes after my appointment which was fine, no big deal. My massage therapist was Daisy I believe, she has red hair and wears glasses. I started off the massage face down which is normal. During my massage I kept noticing my massage therapist phone buzzing consistently. I knew it wasn’t mine because I turn off my phone while in every massage I get to ensure I will not be bothered what so ever. While I am face down I keep seeing a light but I didn’t think anything of it because I thought it might have been ambient lighting in the room. Then I kept noticing she would be rubbing me with one hand and I would hear tapping on a phone. While all this is going on I kept hearing buzzing and buzzing and buzzing throughout my entire massage. When she had me turn over face up, I told myself “maybe it’s just in my head” so I tried to calm down and just enjoy the massage. She started to rub my feet and I see a light shining on the ceiling and Miss Daisy wears glasses so I can see the reflection of a phone on her glasses. And I wish I could say it only happened a few times but no it was throughout the entire massage. I’m not sure what she was doing she could’ve been taking pictures of me, she could have been texting or scrolling through social media. I’m not sure, I was in a state of shock that this was happening to me. How could somebody trained to do this job be so disrespectful to not only someone’s time and money but to their vulnerability. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough I was so upset. There was no manager on duty and when I called there hasn’t been a manager either. This is something that needs to be corrected immediately. I should have made a bigger deal because this was a terrible and uncomfortable situation to be in. This was an invasion of my privacy. I should not have even of paid for this service.

My husband went and this was his review: I found this place on google and chose to give it a try because of the many good reviews. To start, the signage on the windows looks old and faded so the location didn’t have a lot of curbside appeal. When I walked in, there was 2 ladies sitting at the front desk and they were talking about who was leaving the workplace and I even heard my own massage therapist say she was about to put in her 2 week notice. Once I got to the room I noticed the bed was super uncomfortable. I had my fists under my chest to hold me up because it felt like I was laying on a rock. The massage therapist didn’t massage half of my back and I specifically said that’s where I would like work since I get pain there when I lay down. She also didn’t massage half of my legs. The massage wasn’t even 80 min, giving grace to the consultation time. Seeing the reviews on google, I was excited to try this place out and support local instead of going to a chain. But unfortunately, I’m very disappointed.

siempre me gusta decir la verdad, ya que cuando veo las reseñas las tomo en cuenta para tomar mi desicion si ir o no, aqui desde que llegue la persona de recepcion amable y tranquila a pesar de que tenia algunos clientes dando lata, nunca perdio la cabeza y me explico que era cada cosa de una manera rapida y entendible, el dia de la cita nos toco Santi como masajista, siempre estubo atenta a si era mucha precion o si queria mas precion o donde dolia mas, atenta, dan un pequeño descuento en tu proxima visita si daz una opinion del lugar, yo NO agarre ese descuento porque no quise, preferi una buena reseña y espero que a alguien le sirva.

Everyone is great here. They really listen to what you are needing worked on and focus on that area. In the past, I've even had them show me stretches I can do to help with the tension.

I had a Teen Acne Facial, it was super relaxing and the Facialist, Lindsey, was so soft with her hands. As expected my blackhead extractions on my nose pinched a bit but nothing more. She’s great! Thank you!

This place has improved immensely since the pandemic. The lobby has been redone and the masseuse I got this time was exceptional. Forgot her name but she was a 5ft 4 around 30 year old Latina women with curly hair. I have a laundry list of physical injuries which she observed and I received one of the best massages I have ever received. I will return and suggest all my friends and family to her as soon as I can figure out her name but we’ll done
