Went here days ago and they definitely ruined my hair . Also charged me for the time that hairstylist took as an additional time which does not make sense cause I just sat there and they just charged me. Emily did mine and I’m never ever going back. Reaponse: please look up Preeti Basyal. I went there on Dec 20 Tuesday. And yes I did call your salon next day in the morning but the person who picked up told me she can’t do anything since this had been charged she also told me contact the hairstylist about it but how am I supposed to contact the hairstylist when the receptionist couldn’t do anything. I didn’t wanna be petty but so I had write my experience.

Kamryn always does an excellent job! She is the best hair stylist. She always takes her time, has excellent attention to detail, and is a master at creating the perfect blonde hair color. My hair has never looked better since I started scheduling with her and I could not recommend her more!

Patrice is a literal artist. I've worked with her for over a year and she makes me feel the best version of myself. I am left speechless after every appointment. She is expensive but SO worth it. The best hair stylist in the DFW area.

Daniela is fantastic!! Her consultations are spot on and she delivers exactly what you are asking for. Not to mention, she has the sweetest personality!!! As for the salon, it’s always clean when I come in. The environment is so fun and friendly!! I highly recommend!

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for over 5 years, and can't recommend it enough! Sydney is fantastic, especially with blondes-she always gets the perfect shade and tone. The salon itself is beautifully upscale, but the best part is how welcoming and attentive everyone is. I always leave feeling fabulous and refreshed!

This is my first time ever leaving a review but I feel like I have to . This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had . Do not come here . I had a hair stylist here I saw for years and loved and she left and gave me a new hairdressers she said she trusted . Big mistake . She was supposed to go lighter and my hair ended up darker . I got there at 10am and she wasn’t done until 6 pm. When my last girl took 4 hours max. And on top of that I told her a trim. 1-2 inches and she cut my hair to just past my shoulders when my hair was at my butt. It’s been 3 years since this experience and my hair still isn’t as long as it was and I’m still furious about it . And she had the audacity to charge me 800$ for that when it normally cost me 500$ do not ever come here if you care about your hair . I still can’t believe this woman cut over 24 inches of my hair . She needs her license taken away

I have been going to Emily so she can do my hair since she was in beauty school! I love how she asks deeper questions to get your style perfect for you and exactly what you're wanting! I'm also so glad she found such an awesome salon I would trust anyone here with my hair needs but I just adore Emily and what she does!

If you’re a blonde like me you need to come here and work with Kamryn! She’s been my hairstylist for 1 1/2 years now. When I first came to see her back in January 2023 she completely transformed my hair from a brittle and unhealthy platinum blonde to a beautiful natural blonde balayage (before and after below). Now she’s my go-to for highlights, cuts, and everything in between — I don’t let anyone else touch my hair! Bigger Better Hair is also a great salon. Wonderful staff, great environment, and amazing service every time. My sister gets her extensions done here, and they do a great job with her every time! The best part is they moved right next to a La La Land cafe, so I can always make a coffee run right before my appointment. It is a bit on the pricier side but I believe in paying for quality so the prices are absolutely justifiable to me. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perla, was amazing, so friendly, patient, and he made me so happy with the great job she did with my haircut! I highly recommend it, and I strongly suggest Perla as your hair stylist. i researched around and found emily through instagram. not only is she so kind but she responded promptly and went through everything with me about my goals for my hair and how we can achieve that. she was very thorough. when it was time for my appointment, she was very nice and made sure i was comfortable. i appreciated the whole experience. leaving her chair i felt so pretty and happy about my hair. i will continue to go to her and am positive i will be satisfied with the result every time! I cannot recommend Emily and the salon enough! Emily is a true expert when it comes to blonde hair. From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it—the color is vibrant and natural, and my hair has never looked better. The salon itself has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even better. The decor is modern yet cozy, and the staff is always friendly and professional.
