Lisa did a great job with a haircut that I had been nervous about (getting bangs for the first time as an adult!). She showed me pictures to help me figure out what I wanted and then she went slowly and asked me questions along the way, which helped me feel confident and comfortable with the process. :) Thank you, Lisa!

I have been a long-time client of Lisa, and she is truly a master of her craft. Not only is she truly talented, but she cares about the health, and condition of my hair! Given Lisa’s talent and knowledge, I always consider her advice when I want to try something new. For most of my life, I never looked forward to getting my hair cut. I was used to feeling like my naturally wavy hair was unruly because I never learned how to properly style it, had no idea what kind of products to use and was never educated by a stylist. That all changed when I went to see Jackie at Bigsby House. Jackie made me feel comfortable right away and understood how to work with my hair texture to give me amazing cuts with flattering layers that enhance my natural texture. She’s also a pro at fun fashion colors (I trusted her to turn my virgin hair pink a few years ago!) and natural looking highlights. Jackie also gave me great product recommendations that I’ve been using for years now. She has a genuine passion for what she does and now I look forward to every cut with her. She’s helped me love my hair more than I ever have before!

Monique Rivera is the best! I came in for a consult and she listened to my goals and we worked out a plan for my hair. I have a lot of greys for my age and just had a baby so I needed something low maintenance but still fun looking. She did some beautiful grey blending with purple highlights that looks amazing! I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Bigsby house. MONIQUE is such an artist! My last visit in there I wasn’t really sure what I had wanted. It had been a while since I had anything major done to my hair (with covid and all). Monique did her thing and I left with a beautiful color and my highlights refreshed. It all blended so well! I am really happy with my hair! I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’ll definitely be back!

Monique made my haircut and first time coloring hair super memorable! I had two appointments and left both times feeling 100% satisfied. This was only made possible because Monique has a unique skill of understanding what the client wants. She does it by being a great listener, which allows her to connect to clients on a deeper level. So my daughter needed to get her hair fixed due to a really bad bleach job at home. Monique the hairstylist, was really kind, professional and honest in how her hair should be handled. She decided it was a good idea just to tone her hair with a beautiful caramel color to take away the brassiness. Came out beautiful and she styled her hair so pretty. My daughter was happy and I was satisfied with her service😁

This place is absolutely amazing. I’m a sucker for doing my part to save the environment so I appreciate that this salon has low environmental impact products. I had balayage done on my hair by Monique, and she did such a great job. She was detail oriented and she was able to make the look I was going for a reality! I will definitely be back! Everyone there is warm and professional.
