Hands down, my very best spa experience in the entire Chicago and Chicagoland area! Trina, the owner, is absolutely amazing and heaven-sent. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable nurse who is helping heal and uplift people. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and functional. The atmosphere is calming and soothing. The infrared sauna works wonders! I can't wait to come back and try even more of her services. I highly recommend this spa!

I love this place!!!! everything about this place is A1. from the staff to the services. I can't wait to return. some places are a money grab, not here, Latrina will give you an honest evaluation and suggest the right service instead of the more costly option. can't wait to go back.

My experience with this spa is just one word “BEAUTIFUL “. My consultation was very nice. LaTrina was welcoming, kind and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and gave great advice about the treatments I was interested in. I received the sauna and cellulite treatments and both did my body good. I drive for a living so the sauna really helped my tense muscles relax and I burn some calories too😊. My cellulite treatments were great as well. My thighs felt tighter and I’ve notice some smoothness just after 3 treatments and I’m seeing results . So ladies during your treatments, continue to eat right and exercise to maintain. LaTrina, you are awesome and I will be seeing you again for more treatments❤️

The receptionist is the kindest and patient I've come across anywhere. She takes the time to answer any questions you have and fully explain. On a another note Trina is the best, she makes you feel comfortable and is so professional. The place is super clean which is an absolute must to consider.

I absolutely love this place!!! When I first called to schedule a consultation her receptionist was so nice and very knowledgeable. Let’s Fast forward to my consultation, I walk inside of this beautiful facility clean and well organized I MIGHT ADD! And met the owner Latrina. She is such a beautiful person. From that warm greet at the door I knew I was going to love it here. When scheduling appointments after my consultation she talked to me and gave me step by step instructions for everything! I left fully informed and excited about my appointments. My overall experience was great!!!

I loved Trina before I met her, just talking to her on the phone was a great experience. She is so genuine and educated in her field. The space is beautiful and welcoming. Her assistant Trinity is so kind and professional. I will continue to come here because the service and atmosphere is amazing.

Latrina is absolutely the best! When you first walk in, the place is always smelling good and it is very welcoming. She's knowledgeable about her services and answers any and all questions you may have. Each visit is the best and she got me through my roughest times when I first started visiting her. I’ve gone to the spa a few times to get waxed by Melanie. She does an awesome job!!! She’s very nice and explains everything to you all while ensuring you’re not in too much pain. However, the owner comes off as abrasive. She isn’t welcoming at all and requests that people remove their shoes.
