I recently went to the salon for a hair coloring session with Bila, while my husband required a haircut. I was thoroughly impressed with Veronica's impeccable skills in giving my husband a flawless fade haircut. Her expertise in men's haircuts is truly outstanding. Bila's attentive nature and genuine recommendations were highly appreciated. To top it off, my hair turned out better than I could have imagined; a true testament to Bila's exceptional skills as a hairstylist and colorist. I highly recommend giving this salon a try. bila's hair studio is clean a good energy to go to.... bila very experienced on what she does she is been doing hair more then 20 years plus.... so i recommend anyone to go there and get your hair done you will be really happy with the results.

I urge you not to go here and am writing this to save anyone else from severe damage to their hair. I waited a year to review to see if my hair would recover. I tried to save money by going here, asked for peekaboo highlights, and was sat under a heater with bleach on my hair way past processing time because Bila overbooked herself. My hair was FRIED. It also looked insane— she put streaks in my hair and only in the front of my head. My hair has never recovered from this. She would not refund me either. I went to a new and very expensive stylist for a color correction and she said it was up there with the top worst mistakes she has ever seen and thought I tried to color it myself.

Great salon & excellent selection of hair products!!! My long-time favorite Hair technician (Lyn) works here on weekends. I visit the Salon & I see her (every 6-8 weeks), everyone is very nice, always polite and helpful. Their super hip, all while making people pretty! 😍 I've purchased professional products here and the prices were incredibly reasonable, not to mention the variety which can appeal to everyone! Convenient location and awesome team/staff who know what they're doing..... Highly recommend going here!! 😊

Came in for a walk in hair cut. First discussed if it was possible and the prices and styling at home for the hairstyle I wanted. I was given an a ok for the hair, and that it would look how I wanted with either the product or a DIY version of said product homemade. About 2 hours when I came back, the lady I had spoken to was gone and I was going to be helped by another stylist, which was fine if she had any idea what she was doing. Before she even went to wash my hair I wanted to confirm again that the product recommended would work so I showed her what I had found at Marshall's nearby, and then that's when I realized this woman had absolutely no idea what she was doing with my hair. When i tried to explain what I had discussed with the stylist from before, she got confused and called another stylist over. Then I reexplained once more what I had discussed with the previous stylist and then this stylist said the exact opposite of what I'd been told originally. That this wouldn't work for my hair type. Not even gonna get started on that. Thank God I asked about the product again with the new stylist or I have no idea how much more time and money I would have wasted here considering she had absolutely no idea what she was supposed to be doing apparently. The lack of communication and organization is sickening.

Definitely did not get what I wanted, the stylist didn't even look at the reference pic until after she tried to complete what she thought I wanted. Had to re-dye my hair to accomplish something close to it, getting my hair dyed twice resulted in my scalp getting burned, and there was hair dye all over my face and neck. Sat there for 6 hours and didn't leave with what I pictured. If the stylist wasn't able to complete what I wanted, I should have been informed before sitting there for so long and having to pay for services I wasn't happy with.

Very unprofessional I visit to them for my hair cut and before she start I explain to her how I want my hair and agreed to understood but she cut my hair in wrong way and now they were looking bad and I still try to ask her can you please fix it but she was start screaming on me and she sad go your country barber don’t come here I was still try to say please don’t be mad it just hair they will come back but please don’t disrespect me while m saying I takeout my wallet and about give her fee she said give me my money right now then I decided don’t speak a word I give her $20 and left (that is robbery)
